steward, many complaints are justified. Track record is pants. Have said to the company that it's about time it delivered some positive news. Not much we can do at this point but look forward to Barra Report, and other RHA news, as well as CIRCUM. If RHA ownership can be confirmed, it changes everything, including how we approach ZULU. A tough day but there's material progress to work towards in the days, weeks and months.

randomaxe, who knows. PREM likely undertook DD and found that things though tight were potentially doable for KDNC. In the end, if it's a matter of KDNC issuing equity/shares to pay for the buy in/JV, then as far as PREM are concerned, that's fine. But it of course matters for KDNC and especially their shareholders, especially in light of their recent slippage and share price challenges. KDNC were increasingly in a difficult place, so you could imagine why they might have finally stepped away after some long thought. Whatever the issues, again, a tough day.

Good post tedoby and I am in general agreement regarding several of your points.

I have spoken to PREM, they referred to KDNC having 'internal issues/lack of funds'. It kind of stacks up with what you say, that on balance, when looking at it, KDNC probably realised they couldn't afford it.

I do believe that PREM were genuine about this. In the end, it would have meant progress on at least something and they would have taken it. Company have said, this could 'turn out to be a blessing in disguise'.

One thing is for certain, we do not have all the facts.On the surface, it would appear that its another failure by GR but is possible that, in the end, it was out of GR/our hands.

Barra Report due and we await further news in RHA.

Snowking, company said this not working out '...could be blessing in disguise.' But we need some kind of news that takes us in the right direction in terms of sentiment.

Whatever news we get in coming days, weeks, months, today was kick in the bags (even if in the end it was KDNC not having the funds/internal issues).

Anyway, Barra Report due and RHA news too.

Good to have passed the mid point of the month. Heading towards news on a number of fronts, loan paperwork sorted, EDM CEO, etc and on to Binding JDA.

jungmana, companies are heading back now but its takes time, including masses of DD before newly arriving companies are able to commit their resources - as we've seen with KDNC.

But agree with folks, this is a mess and we don't have enough information.

Lets see what happens from here.

Moneytolose, there are lots of companies out there like ours, in similar situations not being bought out. Damn, there are better companies with solid assets not being bought out (I know as I'm in some of them).

Buying out multi-asset companies is not simple, especially if they're listed. Large companies do not want the ehadache. Majors prefer things to be proven up beyond a shadow of a doubt, in most cases, i.e. DFS etc before they will move.

However, yes, this is a mess. We don't have the full picture and deserve somewhat better.

Moneytolose, a lot of companies wouldn't touch Zimbabwe for a while, this included KDNC, until the political situation changed. Also, it's diverse portfolio wouldn't be to everyine's liking. From Tungsten to Lihtium to Poatsh invetsment (even gold and timber, at one stage).

A combination of reasons as to why no one has necessarily picked the company up at a snip.

Agree GR a cowboy but what's on time here?? By my own expectations, anytime through the tomorrow makes sense - and if we haven't heard by tomorrow, then I'd be pushing the company to say summat

If no-deal, then RNS would be fairly simple to produce and release I'm guessing

This is the thing. DD was to end of Friday 14th. So if DD time line was used to its full, then we could get an RNS any time today or in the coming days
