Malawi really need the Inerconnector:

'Malawi Loses 30% of Its Electricity to Tropical Storm Ana'
--------------
We know that Moz an Malawi Presidents are shaking hands on power trade and that construction work on the Interconnector has just begun/ is about to begin, with the Malawi side pushing hard with this after recent massive outages!
The below article on the MOMA Intercinnector Line (funded by the World Bank ad EU and under construction) demonstrates the value of it to Large Energy projects. Indeed, it is being brought into carry a large amount of power out of Tete and on to Malawi, where the only large energy project, advanced enough, is NCCL:

‘Mozambique inks deal to complete Mozambique-Malawi Interconnection Project’ Aug 15, 2021

[...]
‘Mozambique is rich in conventional and renewable sources of energy and presents itself as a regional energy hub, so the interconnection between Mozambique and Malawi provides access to the regional market, enabling large energy projects in Mozambique to become viable,” said Mozambique’s Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Max Tonela
[...]
------------------------------
Put another way, the NCCL project is being brought online aparticularly for energy/ power trade with Malawi, and especially for the Ncondezi project.
It is why NCCL inputted heavily into the development work behind the MOMA Interconnector Line and is why it runs not to far from the project (see those NCCL tweets!).
Two lots of 442, 000 BUYs gone through a few minutes ago and BUY price edging up.
How many folks will be saying, I wish I bought more when it was 1.55p?!

#NCCL In 2011, market cap £171m & company only had coal mine. Now Coal Mine & Power Plant, along with,
- Binding JDA wth CMEC
- EPC signed with CMEC
- Historic Costs owed by CMEC 2 NCCL c£20m
- Interconnector 2 carry power out of Tete (where we are located, and no other new project in sight), already paid for by World Bank and EU, and being built!
Yet Market Cap just £6m!
Massive Upside!
Good to see you on board Acker!
So much upside here!
All the info needed is here. No Pump and Dump. This is a correction towards proper, fair value. More to come.
The rises are nothing more than a correction towards reflecting proper value. We're owed c.£20m by CMEC in Historic Costs, when our market cap remains c£6mm this before we discuss arr bnding JDA and having just signed the EPC.
I have drawn together a research note, for folks.
2p will be going this morning, most definitely!

- Where MOMA Interconnector main purpose is to draw power out of Tete for power/ energy trade with Malawi and into the SAPP (Southern African Power Pool)
- Where Malawi has just lost 20%-30% power capacity as a result of storms:

Look to pages ES-4 to ES-5, and see Tables, showing Mozambique plans for Tete Coal/Power
300MW coming on line 2023 (now Mid-2025, owing to COVID delays)
300MW on line 2026 (likely now to be brought in, in quick succession)
300MW in 2034
300MW in 2038
Total 1200MW!
- Where there are no other large, advanced coal projects in sight
- Where the MOMA Interconnector runs past the Project (which we intend to integrate into)
- Where Malawi want the MOMA Interconnector to contribute towards their 1000MW target, once again:
‘With the completion of the Malawi-Mozambique Interconnector, he stated that progress toward adding 1,000 megawatts to the national grid over the next four years is being made.’

Where,
- ‘The mine has a defined a substantial JORC coal resource of 4.7 billion tonnes and a Measured Resource of 120 million mineable tonnage in situ (“MTIS”)’ https://www.ncondezienergy.com/the-coal-mine/
- In 2011, NCCL Market Cap with just the coal mine was £171m!
- Now add the Power Plant!
All for £6m market cap right now!
1 Progress to date
What we getting for NCCLs £6m market cap, for its Billion$$$ Coal Mine and Power Plant Project:
- Binding JDA with CMEC
- EPC signed with CMEC (making project ‘advanced’)
- Historic Costs owed by CMEC to NCCL c.£20m
Also,
- MOMA Interconnector Line (i.e. cross-border transmission), linking resource rich Mozambique with resource poor Malawi, where Malawi really need the power
- Where Presidents Lazarus Chakwera (Malawi) and President Filipe Nyusi (Mozambique) have agreed to power trade, with the MOMA Interconnector being a critical component in the plans
‘Another important project for the two countries is the interconnection of electricity supply between Mozambique and Malawi. “We are also proud to announce that work on this power line will start in March of next year. The Malawian people will, in 2023, see their energy situation improved, because this project will have been concluded [by then],” [Mozambican President] Nyusi said.’

- MOMA Interconnector will carry power out of Tete, in Mozambique, where the existing Dam’s power output is largely accounted for; so a new, large source of power needs to be identified.
- Malawi want 1000MW of power added to National Grid, where the MOMA Interconnector is to play crucial role!

- Only large enough, advanced project, anywhere in sight, NCCL (where NCCL had informed market previously that all other other proposed competitor projects, that might have been in the area, had “fallen away”, leaving just us).
- Where NCCL Tweeted:

In other words, NCCL inputted directly into the development work that has realised the MOMA Interconnector

extrader, I and a many other LTHs think this is a low-fi / low-profile way of getting info out about the project - material info that would otherwise remain hidden from view.
It spells out the process in ways that hasn't been till now and is extremely palusiable/ credible for me. It all adds up, from when they expect the project/ pant to be on line, delivering power, to FC needing to be reached by end of H1, 2022 -- which is, coincidentally, when NCCL are conveniently operatinally funded till.
By End of Q1, 2022/ end of March, we will have two bits of key news, and we building very nicely towards all of this and the endgame!
Back in 2011, NCCLMarket cap was £171million -- and back then, NCCL was just the coal mine.
Now NCCL got coal mine and power plant!
BIG day tomorrow, with another rise to come - settings things up nicely for the following week.
Thanks Acker - appreciated that!

Expect further significant rises, and buying straight from the off!
Even after the last two days, NCCL still undervalued when considered against its fundamentals.
For me, 5p+ is fair value - and this before the upcoming news!
If we got 100% today and then 100% tomorrow, we'd still be below fair value for whst we got going on. 5p + and then add the upcoming news!
