I think it's like this.. I'm from Czech Rep. and i know here is much more politics and national interests around that maybe you can imagine. Fo my country is this BIG deal for future with environment nad social impact and political points for next elections. And of course there is play for future our biggest industry company Skoda Auto... as CEZ say, primary goal is to sell baterries no only Li ( and of cource there is a political and nationality background) ...keep it in mind..

We cant move much more higher without Gigafactory build announcement. Any other things about minining wiil follow.
There is 2 options:
1) VW - Pilsen park (Goverment sponsored)
2) CEZ - Prunerov (own teritorry)
or combination. I think on autumn we will know more. My opinion.
