in U3 O8 mining 2% (20,000ppm) is considered high grade, with .1% low grade (1,000ppm). ura have located surface grades of 0.77% with 0.4m of 2.13%. also anomolous "grab samples" of 4.64%. the problem is the terrain...very isolated location, no roads etc...so helicopter is used for axcess. but with u3o8 fetching $93/lb and expected to double in a year (due to expansion of nuclear reactors) the location problem will be overcome in due course.

The problem with URA is that they seem to be scratching the surface to save money, and although they have discovered "significant" minerals, they dont have the cash for commercial production. Also the terrain where they are is very rugged and requires a helicopter for transport, this is also very expensive. I am considering this to be a long term play and will lock these in my bottom draw for annual review. Time scale 3 to 5 years.

seems their drill rigs are not as good as a little "heaven sent wet stuff" for finding gold...maybe thats cause for concern...

SRB looks good to me. more advanced than SOLG and MVA, they are actually mining...also turnover looks to be doubling this yr (maybe £7m) so perhaps some profit fpr a change. they got all the equipment they need and have found more mineralization accessible from existing mine (up to 55.9 g/tonne gold). GOO i will avoid, something not quite right, plus i got heavy exposure to oils alresdy. MVA...dunno why i bothered...these are years from making money, tho this statement gives hope..."after seasonal heavy rains gold nuggets up to 10mm in diameter were picked from soil at Tulu Kapi. The gold nuggets are highly angular grains and aggregates indicative of a local source".

guess that means that sp will drop to 1p due to dilution.

nothing like that on my system...only 2 trades today, both small sells, sp very stagnant. i hope this does rise cos i got a load of em and showing a 30% loss at present, my worst decision of the year so far. but im in now and will watch closely.

director resigns followed by lots of buying...software with ladbrokes now established and working well. at this sp the only way is up, plus i think this little software company may well turn out to be a takeover target.

re previous post...I got this software downloaded and it works fine. it brings together the graphics of first person video gaming with the serious endeavour of playing poker. This is new and refreshing.The software has now been promoted by ladbrokes but players dont "have" to use it yet. PLW have a 2 year contract with up front payment and payments based on useage. Also, this software could become the benchmark for all internet poker sites so i expect turnover to increase dramatically over the next 18 months.

prelim. announcement on 5 december. announced in october "high grade uranium in tanzania" but apparently bad terrain is hindering progress. also this company has never made a penny yet. maybe its worth a small punt at 5p.
