Yesterday's RNS was extremely good news and more than underpins the current share price, although more details and confirmed orders would have been nice, this still looks like a bit of a steal at anything under a quid.
The big one which will put us in another level is if and when we get the news of Tech Transfer being complete for manufacturing the AffidDX Covid Antigen test from Avacta. At the end of June, Alastair Smith (Avacta CEO) stated that they were a few weeks away from establishing manufaturing processes with Abington Heath - this must be very very close now. News that TT with the Avacta test has completed will, IMO, send this back to new all time highs, if it is also accompanied by orders then it could well bag several times from those levels. All IMO

If the rumours and twitter are correct then it could be a "double whammy" on any official confirmation - short sqeeze as they try to close at the same time as the herd try to buy. Let's see.

Hull, some good points, not so sure about the "new proactive BoD" that you and others keep mentioning - the Company appointed 2 NED's - John Wright and David Craick, replacing the 4 NED's and chairman who jumped before getting pushed. Chaffe and Maris survived but are, in my opinion, on borrowed time and rightly so. JW and DC will steady the ship for a while and stop any underhand tactics from the Chaffe and Maris until the next chapter plays out. The BB charter for the FPSO should be relatively straight forward, the fact that there is no news on that may mean that bigger things playing out behind the scenes.

The thing is any bidder or fund as you suggest could not simply buy 25% of Hurricane on the open market at 2p a share without sending the SP back above 5p - demand would push it up as would any TR1's. they could I suppose do a deal with CA, but RB would certainly be looking for multiples of 2p per share.

Ashurst are already following the situation and have been since before the Court hearings. It wouldn't surprise me if Evercore, Dentons etc haven't already been asked for tactical or strategic advice regarding Hur by potential suitors, or possibly even our own BoD, who knows.
I do think that a Consortium of Private Investors would be more likely than any established O&G company if any M&A action was on the cards. - Any entity with deep pockets that didn't have to answer to any PI's could take control, pay off Bond Holders, refinance a forward work-plan, appoint 2 primary contractors (Petrofac and ASCO!!!!!!) To run the show and then sit back for a few years and enjoy.

He wasn't dangerous, and I doubt he was paid. He was probably just a sad attention seeking loner - socially inept that got the attention he obviously craved from those boards. He changed his moniker a couple of years back (some on here will remember him) and will likely do so again.

Wtf - Gareth Cave to Executive Director - firstly he should explain why he mis-led, some may say lied, to the market in an interview last year. - He said that 25% of the machines capacity had already been sold and that they were selling into the Health Service - or words to that effect. This wasn't true. On the back if that interview and other ramping, some directors sold at circa £5.My position hasn't changed and I am not invested, this morning RNS was a reality check to manage expectations going forward. I have bo idea how far this will drop or if it will bounce, either way, I personally will not invest here unless GC comes clean as to why he said what he did in that interview - over to you Gareth. All in my opinion, apart from the interview, that is fact and a simply search will bring it up.

Regulator yes and know, yes I agree abdx need some help, this is set to drag out till early Jan if the hearing isn't scheduled till the end of Q4 - but they are involved with other potential partners so who knows what is around the corner. The market looks like it is already expecting some of funding round, not sure.
Reference taking on the GLP being a mistake, I disagree. The GLP are a bunch of Left- wing Crowd Funded anti-gov' anti- UK chancers, in my opinion.

Not invested here but I think that it is outrageous that the shareholders and employees are taking hit and caught in the middle between a useless government and the GLP who are another useless crowd funded bunch of chancers who couldn't give a toss about real people as long as they make it hard for employees. It is also no surprise to me that Lord Bethell lost his phone before it could be searched - I doubt there was anything incriminating in regards to contracts awarded to Abington H, after all AH BoD still have their phones - I would be more interested in the contract awarded to the Chinese.
Coincidentally, and I am not implying anything, Lord Bethell is married to a Chinese Business Women himself.

Yes, FB producers are still very much the new boy on the block and still very much an unknown quantity in this part of the world relatively to the tradition wells. BP, Hurricane and a few others still trying to figure them out but getting there - and whether you believe it or not, the IP for mapping those bad-boys that Hur own is thought, by many that matter, to be potentially the best there is.

There is no doubt in my opinion that Robert Trice got a lot of things wrong (more during the drilling than anything else) but O&G Wells aren't an exact science no matter how good the prep, sciesmic, DST's etc are - but he also got a huge amount right- exactly how much is yet to be seen.

Bartle, I ussually try to ignore attention sellers, but I don't think any one said it was 100% going to happen or happened. And who gives a toss about money for a water injection well - it isn't needed, there is no rush to drill, no rush do prove up resources and no rush or need at all to do another CPR like some if the other muppets are asking for.
