Spikey, it's my opinion that any news of a sale will wait until a peace agreement - all the signs before we're that it could come from China or Japan - but cannot rule out the Yanks wanting to be involved now - so yes, phesably it could happen now, I think the suitor would prefer to wait.

Likewise, also in my opinion - the directors will not have been sitting on their hands for the last 3 years waiting for peace talks to happen before sitting down with potential buyers. They will/should by now have a "plan in place" - either a buyer ready to go - or if I was a synic -release news to raise the SP to new highs which would give the more "knowledgeable" investors a chance to cash in at multiples of today's price.

What I do think is that the real money, (perhaps those closer to the company than us retail investors) have been moping up shares again for a while now without sending the SP flying - and will continue to do so when the volume allows. News of peace and an SP rise will give the big boys the volume to continue buying, whilst a lot sell and take profit. Then if and when the real news dops or the powers that be decide to let this go (aided by some positive RNS's) then they will be quids in. Small punters will then buy at the top again (40p+) hoping to cash in on the final sale price (which may or may not be higher than their buy in price) - particularly when the muppets start spouting sale @ £1-£5 per share.

Without news of the agreed sale, (which probably cannot be announced until there is some sort of agreement between Russia and Ukraine) then there is not much else to discuss. There will be a few in here hoping for a quick 50-100% profit on a peace agreement. After that then suspect that after the first RNS indicating talks are in the final stages for the sale or part sale and we could see the SP back to the 30p-40p range (where is was a few years back). Sale price though is anyone's guess - and there have been a few guess's over the years 😂

When the peace deal finally arrives then this should head back to the teens - follow that by news of lifting sanctions sanctions and we should see some news from the Company and the SP could well be on the way back to the 30's as it was a couple of years ago. Could be this week, this month or in 6 months or a years time. More than happy to sit invested and wait out on this one.

I was invested and traded here pre and post the suspension/covid etc and when the SP hit the 30's and 40's (as my posting history shows) but sold up prior to the invasion of Ukraine. I have been back invested now for a few weeks hence posting again. Throughout all that time not once did I ever think that what anyone posted on here made an ounce of difference to the share price. What I do know though is that the directors will not have been sitting doing nothing for the last 3 years - I would be shocked if they haven't been talking to interested parties and could or should already at least have agreements in principle for the sale or part sale of the Company. We are due an update which may hint at this. Hopefully not before the SP in a lot higher though which should happen as the peace negotiations progress. It's been a long time coming, so I am happy to keep invested here for a few more days, weeks or months until the news drops - although I will trade about 10% of my shares or any dips or spikes whilst waiting for the big news. I Peronally am no fan of Trump or Zelensky - but any ceasefire and peace agreement that brings an end to the killing of innocent soldiers and civilians has got to be a good thing.

I expect this to continue to rise today, re-rate when peace deal is confirmed . Then go back to where it was a couple of years back on speculation of a deal/sale of the Company or its assets (30-40p a share) - within the next month or so. What the company eventually is sold for is anyone's guess.

Bought back in here for the ride last week after previously holding throughout the suspension when it rose to 30/40p before the Rissian invasion.

Do I think there will now be a sale - quite possibly, even without any peace deal. Do I think the SP will be in the £'s if a sale go through - nope not even close.

But what I do think is that speculation and or manipulation will see this back to 20/30p in the next 6 months without any sale of the Company. So happy to set my target and wait....

Plus any peace deal it less important for the SP and potential asset sale here than a strong relationship between the US and Russia.

All that said, I would rather see some sort of deal brokered and cease fire to stop the needless killing on both sides rather than any effect it has on the share price.

The CEO/Company have no interest or want to increase the Share Price - a higher SP would just make it harder for them to raise money. A higher SP doesn't mean any more working capital - and as the directors aren't confident enough to buy shares even at this level then they are more than happy for this to drop a lot lower than where we are. I always posted that Suzy was probably a great scientist, decent person and a terrible CEO - but given where we are with her choices of evaluations which have come to nothing and the way the Company has mis-led its shareholders - I am not so sure about the first two any more.

TO is very possible at those levels - tax credits alone make this a target. Not sure that 4 quid would be recommended or accepted and any sniff of a Takeover or share being accumulated will have the SP shooting up towards those levels in any case.

Charting here when the fundamentals have changed is nearly pointless. I suspect the old trick of buying kn yhe dip after the first 2-3 hrs of news before it rises again, Second day more rises and sell after 2hrs of day 3 before the swing traders lose interest and retail rainbow chasers get spooked. Without any TR notifications here I think this will go through 300p in the next day or so. Either way (right ir wrong) this is hugely positive news and a huge endorsement for JOG that should reasure potential Retail and Institutional Investment.

Wait till it drops below .25p if you are going to take a punt here on any counter offer. It likely will drop to those levels later today or tomorrow but unlikely to get below the .25p offer imo, so maybe worth a punt.

Has-been, not sure what indicates anyone has been averaging down. The price movement and trades do not (imo) indicate that is the case. In fact it is nearly impossible to work out what or who has been buying or selling. Today in particular is strange - the live trades are may indicate that the SP is being slightly manipulated or that some entity is accumulating under the radar- either Iceberging or large buys are being filled which may show in the future. Still on the fence though.

Any suitor will need $300 mil for the debt and another 300 to take the mine to production - the cost to aquire all shares is relavely small (between zero and 50 million (20p per share)). So the SP will be manipulated down and up for the next few months but would be a brave trader to buy even at those levels just now. Buy sub 5p and sell at 10p may be worth a call but not for orphans and windows.

At last, Shame about the timing though - as a 0700hrs Monday morning could have bagged the SP - but I suppose it would have leaked later today anyway. Next week when the markets wake up should see this reach new highs.

We must be close to the Company having to come out and comment on yhe rise - another couple of %. Should be interesting . For me I sold but good luck if the raise preempts the big one.
