WR, the AIX market makers have direct access to CREST which allows them to purchase shares on the LSE and move them across to the AIX - no messing around, minimum arbitrage, simple.

Steady rise is good but any entity buying in decent quantities will move the SP immediately.

Hey, there is also nothing to stop any potential suitor building a stake on the AIX relatively on the QT. I may be wrong but pretty sure the thresholds to declare a holding is 5 % & then 10% etc on AIX rather than the initial 3% and then 5% on the London Exchanges.

As fully expect this to be trading on the AIX early next week as per the RNS. When that happens, the AIX market makers will have to purchase shares from the LSE for their clients to buy and trade - depending on the volume required, this could create a squeeze - and as long as we don't see too many sellers on the London Exchange, the SP should reflect this. Any large demand or funds trying to buy on the Astama Exchange could well send this back to double figures +++ even before any hint of a ceasefire.

Chess, unfortunaltely most on here do not want to hear sound reason or debate (both pro and against this as an investment) - most posters haven't a scooby-doo about how this could play out and are more intent on scoring points, calling names and insulting each other.

This has meant there is very little useful information for real investors on this board any more (the majority have moved on or don't post and are sharing real info and discussions on other EUA forums or privately). Even the banter is toxic now, whereas the banter a few years back on here was actually worth a quick look.

Where are the discussions here about how dual listing's will improve liquidity or how the AIX opens up the EUA opportunities to investors who for a few reasons cannot or will not buy on the LSE (thinking along the lines of The Silk Road Investment Company taking a chunk) or how would an RNS along those lines effect the SP, where would that "chunk" come from, even why we will be unlikely to see any 0700hrs RNS's once dual listed - and so on and so on. Don't bother looking as those important topics are too of no interest,or maybe too complex, for some of the regulars.

But each to their own, I suspect that once the EUA story is a distant memory, there will be a few "canny folk" that will be walking away smiling having seen the opportunities and having played this correctly, whilst the so called "trolls" will move on to another share and start their nonsense again.

We shall see 🤔 the next couple of weeks are possibly going to be worth watching.

Del, the AR will be released on Monday. If there was any issue with it then the that statement would have been omitted from today's RNS. Also the NOMAD wouldn't have taken the role if there were issues.

The "fully expect" is normal wording just covering the Companies ar-is. Again I would be very surprised if we don't see EUA on both next week.

Pre war this was 30p-40p +. Realistically it's not going to get near that without a Ceasefire, even with PGM's hitting new highs.

Hugely positive though and think next week with the AR and dual listing will be very interesting. 😁

Wilco, the Ukrainians know what they have in Zelenski, an ex soap actor and comedian who became their Prime Minister more by luck than judgement.

Putin on the other hand is an extremely capable, experienced and educated leader who despite what western media would have us believe, still has the Russian population behind him.

I personally am no fan of either of them.

What is tragic is the innocent lives lost and devestated families on both sides due to this war/conflict/SMO that should and could have so easily have been avoided.

The sooner it ends and the killing stops the better.

Again, SP being moved despite what looks like relatively small trading numbers of shares being traded, based on possible talks. I personally think that we are still a little bit away from Putin and Zelenski coming to any agreement, but I may be wrong. I do however wonder where the SP will end up when this actually happens (in a week, month, 6 months ?). My guess would be somewhere in the the low teens maybe ??????. Then and only after a ceasefire could or should the BOD release any real talk about sale or part sale of assets (when the SP is way higher than it is currently) 🤔

Folks come on, the trading volume is next to nothing at the moment - no one is buying or selling. Getting excited about it still being in the 3's or 4's with no volume shows a severe lack of understanding. A bit like the clown (can't remember who it was) that actually though Hargreaves Lansdown held a load of EUA shares. Laughable 🤣

Hahaha, you guys keep spouting so much nonsense it's laughable - anyone with any knowledge knows that looking at buys v sell is nearly useless.

That said, volume is better than we have seen for a while which is positive and may be driving the SP rather than the MMs/Algo's trying to move it up and down on low volume to generate a market.

It's there in the RNS - update on the dual listing, update on the potential asset sale - the ussual legal disclaimer that the Nomad would have insisted on that there is no garuntee that the sale will happen.

In my opinion, there are only a couple of reasons why the dual listing is happening, and happening fast (Q2-2025) -

1. To open it up for overseas investors (let them in asp). Yanks yes, but more so the Chinese (freinds of the buyers ???).

2. to facilitate the sale (" improve marketability").

Maybe the rumours are true that they finally have an agreement in principle for the sale or part sale 🤔 and that the buyers want the dual listing.

The speed of the dual listing and how far down the road is impressive - it doesn't take a genius to work out why.

I would be surprised if we do not see an RNS released first thing tomorrow morning - this will allow the Company to discuss any price sensitive topics tomorrow afternoon and answer the list of submitted questions. Bets are more details about the dual listing, confirmation that plan A is still selling the company. Maybe that they have interested suitors or talking to several parties. Or maybe not.
