Yep, the term iminentjy is open to anyone's interpretation - in this case a week or two fits the bill for me and meets the imminent criteria. I think the company still need to satisfy at least one more step (RaP(SB)) before it starts trading on the AIX, I may be wrong we shall see :-)

Typical Friday - low volume, MM's moving the SP around to get some bussiness but they will look at going Flat on close as I believe they try to do most days - don't believe otherwise.

May see a tick up a little going into close as the cautious may be mindful of another AIX update arriving Morning morning 😁 although I think we may be another week or two away from actually going live across there (I may be wrong).

The process of oppointing market makers started early April - so I cannot see this causing any delay - there will be more than enough wanting the role.

Very proffesional email back from an Executive director (AT) at Skybridge this morning - as expected they wouldn't and couldn't give us the documents or timings I requested instead pointed/inked us to the EUA RNS.

So they seem like a very efficient outfit and have confirmed to me their tie-up with EUA (not that I doubted either).

Still a waiting game for more info but it's happening.

The AIX listing will allow Chinese SOE's to now make a grab for this. I think there is a strong possiblity that someone like Sinosteel or the The Silk Road I-fund will want a slice (both are Chinese SOE's, Sinosteel were willing to put in a chunk of cash a while ago to develop EUA Assets, the Silk Road Fund also part-own the AIX so will be fully aware of the opportunities here) and there may be many more.

4.9 to buy any decent quantity. Above 5p finish would be a nice little start.

Obviously a fair here have no idea of the complexities that the Company are juggling at the minute, not only the AIX listing which will happen, but also due to the political climate. I beleive CS made the statement about 2Q listing in good faith and if it takes slightly longer then so be it. The listing will happen, the war will end, the assets will be sold - timing wise is anyone's guess - My realistic guess is 1 month max AIX listing, max 6 months for ceasefire, 1 year max for sale.

FWIW, CS isn't up for being voted out, nor would or should he be voted out if he was - get real ffs.

Don't let those guys annoy you. They probably just need the attention or excitement that they may be lacking in their real life - so let them be.

What anyone says on this board will have very little impact on the Share Price, and if anyone is buying or selling bases on posts here then they will very soon wash out of the market.

If you feel sorry for them and choose to engage with them then and give them the attention they crave then that's up to you - or just don't bother reading their posts 🥴

It's what the Market Makers are supposed to do - create liquidity by moving the SP to where they will get trades (both buys and sells) particulalrl when the volume traded is low (which it is today). The order book confirms that this is exactly what they are doing as well - and with a wider spread to reducd their risk.

This will be the norm with the SP, both up and down, until either we get news (AIX info) or some entity starts buying or selling in large volumes, or news or speculation over asset sales arrived. In my mind no negative raise is on the cards for a year +++ after this mornings AR.

So chill and relax, a little more patience needed.

Or sell and buy low risk, low reward main Index stocks rather than higher risk/potential huge reward ones which EUA undoubtedly is.

Next news, hopefully this week will be about the AIX listing. Details, times, who they have for Market Makers and maybe even a prospectus with consolidated Reserves/resources etc for AIX punters

Christian signed off on the accounts 10 days ago. I suspect the new Namad spend the last couple of weeks doing their bit. AIX listing was always going to come after results, as was/is the AIX prospectus document - so maybe CS off the hook for a while 🤣. But no excuses now.

Solid set of results, no surprises, no issues and more than enough working capital - so no raise required.

More detailed info and time-line now needed for the AIX listing please.

Unsure why they haven't released the AR though - hoping it's to do with the AIX listing document and we are going to see those tomorrow @ 0700hrs - and not an RNS one which suspends trading for a period - again. 🥴

Chinese, particularly state owned and sponsored will buy on AIX rather than LSE. Likewise the Russians. Yanks I suspect could have chosen either and still will.

WR - around 1400hrs would be my guess - but who knows, then a strong finish.

Wilco, I looked at the time-lines a while back and the wording was vague - along the lines of "offer document should be available for a reasonable amount of time to the public and definately before trading commences" 🤣. So who knows - it will contain references to the AR so possibly issued at the same time or shortly after.

Makeab, you are probably aware that The Silk Road Fund are part owners/shareholders of the AIFC, the fund already have taken substantial positions in Russian based companies. Plus being Chinese state owned, the ongoing Ukraine war doesn't stop their investments. The AIX listing allows them to do this. I think we all know what a release saying someone like this had crossed the 5% would do to the SP.
