GS,
Setting aside the vitriol and looking at the issues you raise for PANR, the 'Concert' party have been selling off shares for months, and whilst it may have held back the SP to an extent, I think it has held up extremely well - why wouldn't it, given the fundamentals in place?
As to a capital raise, the Farm Out has not yet been fully explored and is not even in the company timetable as of now. They clearly state that this will be a matter to be resolved in Q4. Any concern is therefore wholly premature. If, and it is very much an 'if', at this juncture, a capital raise is necessary, this is nothing more than might be expected in an exploration company. It is currently debt free and, as with share ownership, one must speculate to accumulate. Would you consider it money well spent should there be a minor dilution, in the short term, which results in further proving of several hundred feet of known oil show with deliverability right on TAPS and the Dalton, to deliver several multiples of the current SP? No, I didn't think so, and neither would I.
I feel you may have lost a little context in terms of expectations and timings, which has resulted in slightly negatively skewed view.
Good luck whatever you decide to do.
