The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
No problem - personally it didn't make much sense to me - translation often doesn't! If Zaza's offering to meet for Tea though, I think a few on here would like to join him eh?! :)
Yesterday I watched a very interesting political discussion with great respondents (Nodar Kharshiladze, Nino Jangirashvili, Khatia Dekanoidze, Salome Samadashvili)
When the conversation touched upon the American government's interest in Georgia, your comment Mr. Nika Gvaramia: [Washington] '' Fronterate.... which is not a very clean case... By the way, surprised me and thought. Not because I didn't understand what scope you appreciate the cleanliness of this case, but because '' Saying everything and doing it if it's okay '' the inherited philosophy makes the reality ugly and doesn't serve the best interests of people.
Neither Frontera's 25-year activity nor company's $ 600 million investment and as a result of finding 350 billion cubic meters of gas. If interested, I'd love to provide you with all details to help you figure out the situation and if necessary, correct comment instead of BS, (I'll turn on some English too) what I've heard and what offend the company, its employees and demonstrators.
Unlike you, many American politicians were interested in this issue in Washington. These people support Fronter with all the '' understanding '' They know that politically and economically strong Georgia will be a stronger strategic partner for the United States that energy independence brings real political independence, and the latest one.
That's why US government representatives met, talked, wrote letters and believed the Georgian government for years that their aggressive actions towards Fronter was unfair and damaged the country.
The government wouldn't speak about the part of the text of these letters where they talked about democratic elections, court and corruption. He was reading only Frontera's pills and letter signature congresses and senators because he was building the government like this.
Opposition, except some exceptions, was responding to all the abzats of the same letters except where the frontera was mentioned, because the opposition was like this.
This didn't make people feel better because they lost a lot of jobs!
When the government bragged about defeating Covid because it was so organized, the opposition instead of crucial criticism, thought this criticism wouldn't be politically harmed by opposition instead of government.
It wasn't all about people because they lost a lot of lives!
It's exactly the kind of attitude that in thirty-century King Tamar's country we have a single parliament, the reason is not the interest of Trump administration and not the betrayal of Pompeo. Insulted by the comments of the movie is better to hold all the memories called unity of opposition and politicians do what is building people and country!
No need to shoot a mud (except for the healing mud, which is many in Georgia), we can meet for tea... With white bliss murab. Cool faces on me.

Ipad - in case you might find this interesting to read - not GGP specific, but certainly gives food for thought in the last few paragraphs re M&A's. https://www.australianmining.com.au/features/is-aussie-ma-set-to-rise/
You're right Joey - I've been in GGP since 2017 and I can tell you that the similarities as far as waiting are concerned, feel very familiar. It was worth my waiting (and still is) with GGP, and I even took £10k out of GGP profits and put them in here (2p+!), so yes, patience is needed and hopefully, it'll pay off for all of us eventually. GLA ;)
RZ121 - Inclined to agree re issuing of shares at each stage, but I'm guessing that the statement as follows
"Our next step with this project is likely to be a drilling program on a number of the Colorado targets, scheduled following the North American winter."
means that the first lot of 42 Mill shares won't happen until the winter is over and hopefully we'll have some really good Auzzie results in before then to help soften the blow. It'll be interesting to see the reaction to the 18 mill on or around the 10th Nov. I only have a small holding here, but have been in GGP for 3 years so have ridden the waves there since Newmont to great benefit. I believe THR could be another great success, so am happy to practice some patience here too. :)
a really good time to hear some 'inside' info from JJ Carter seeing as we know he/she's not fake after the Court's confirmation of Zaza stepping down as CEO! Sounds odd, I know, but I'm more concerned with what I could've got as a return for my 3.5 million shares, rather than losing the £21K they cost - I accepted the loss a long time ago, so anything at all would be a bonus, but IF that $10B deal did happen, then wow, what a difference that would make to our lives. Gonna miss reading this board when the lights are switched off. GLA
As an England Rugby supporter, I'll be shouting for Georgia then (in the hope it brings us some good luck of course!) Could be a very tight game.
Don't know if it's just the translation, but I find the phrase "change between the shareholders" interesting - could it be a way of saying that 'they' will be buying us all out and replacing our shares with new ones to give to new shareholders?! Is that even possible - no idea! How I would love to open my post one day soon and see a FRR letter and cheque inside, I really would - even if it's only returning my investment and no more. We must be getting close to the end now surely!
Hi Rob - just wondering if you have seen or heard anything direct (via contacts) to back up your thread title, or are you just hoping and waiting for confirmation like the rest of us? With an ave of 2.17 I could do with some positivity :)
and Zaza is now being called a Director, not CEO (so that rings true) - it may be the change that calmed the waters, or it could just be splitting hairs - time will tell. Can't help feeling like we're at the bottom of yet another garden path tho....!
Wow indeed - if FRR have ANY discovery whatsoever proving the suspected naked shorting etc., surely now is the time to produce it. This latest find (thanks Investorboy) just beggars belief, it really does. Like Daniel1son says though - even if we get nothing back, at least Hope's misery will give us a tiny bit of consolation. Also, I'm sure that if the GD were going to do a deal with Outrider to realise all that wealth, they'd have shouted something about it by now as election day grows ever closer and they need to score points. Oh well, back to waiting.....
Your perseverance has potentially helped us all (those not shorting that is!), and if the rep reads this board, I'd like to thank him/her as well. An informal bulk email from the company would be even better wink wink. ;) Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone.
Fair comment. One of these days it'll all come to a close, one way or another, and until then we're all in the same boat knowledge-wise and can do nothing but wait and watch I guess! :)
Thanks SR - received and read. I can certainly see where you're getting your p.o.v. from, as no-one in their right mind would continue working without payment (save FRR employees of course!), but I do have a niggle - the phrase in brackets in this paragraph -
By February 2019, the Plaintiff was not prepared to continue to act for FRC and FIC in the Proceedings without payment (or some other comfort being provided). Following offers of security pending payment, which were unacceptable to the Plaintiff, the Defendants agreed to provide personal guarantees to the Plaintiff (the Personal Guarantees). By a deed of guarantee and indemnity dated 19 February 2019 (the Deed), the First and Second Defendants (together the Guarantors) gave the Plaintiff joint and several guarantees in relation to, inter rilia, all monies, debts and liabilities of any nature from time-to-time due, owing or incurred by FRC to the Plaintiff. A copy of the executed Deed is produced.
'Some form of comfort' - is a bit odd and makes me wonder what else they would have considered.
Aside from that, NJames' post today could be seen as a tit for tat response when you read the two things together .... If Mourant weren't delivering what they promised, in a way they promised and what Frontera claim was in fact true, then they wouldn't pay the bill, and of course, if they weren't paying the bill then Mourant would turn on them and refuse to represent them. A bit of a chicken and egg situation and one we cannot be clear on on either side from where I stand, as we don't know for 100% whether the claims in the latest post are in fact true. As always, the only people who know the truth are them! I'll continue to wait and see whilst sitting on the fence, a mere observer and powerless shareholder. Thanks again.
one of my work ones - admin@cluborganiser.co.uk will be great, thanks.
oops! When I click the link it says it "might not exist or has expired". Any chance you saved it and can cut and paste instead?
StarRage - can you please post the detailed writ of summons from Mourant so I can judge for myself as well? I can't remember if that's ever been posted on here before, and am always interested to have a chance to view both sides of a story in an attempt to remain realistic in my views/opinions. Thanks :)
My other half is involved in IT programming and website hosting/domain, and he's just taken a look at the registration for me. The domain Fronteraresources.com is paid up until 21 Sept 2021, so they still own the domain, however, if they haven't paid their annual hosting costs (to Brighterir.com), then that could be the reason the website's been taken down and they're no longer their client. Could be that they no longer need the website specifically, or just that they are skint and can't afford the hosting costs - anyone's guess really!
Wouldn't surprise me if he's been wrapped up in an NDA as well! It does all seem like it's getting closer to an end result, that's for sure.
Thanks ODR, much appreciated. Have a good day!
