Dip666 - Thanks for that mention of free Zoho - I'll go take a look as I'll be affected by MTD 25/26, and as a small, sole trader, think it's really unfair the gov expect us to spend £s of hard earned income on software to make their lives better. All my GGP profit (when I eventually sell) will be safe as it's in an ISA tho so at least I won't have to worry about CGT as well!! Sending positive wishes to all for a good rise soon 👍🏻

Thanks for continuing to update us Looed. How on earth people manage to live like this (SN) is simply beyond me. I have given up hope of ever seeing any of the £20K I put in, but do keep up to date here just in case that once in a lifetime miracle ever happens to us all.
