I believe the count down has begun, RNS today confirms DFS will be rubber stamped this month.
Do the potential buyer(s) know what's in it, i believe yes. Do they require the rubber stamp. again I believe yes.
As soon as the go ahead is given I believe the sold sign will go up.
18 trading days and counting. I don't think it will be within the week as if it was going to be the would have held off with the RNS today.
FOMO will then kick in at another level and we will reach new heights as the days tick down
and then 'BOOM'.

Personally think this was a nod from the BOD saying we are waiting for the rubber stamp, then boom offer.
Atleast we know there are only 18 trading days left until the DFS update.
I think we will sit here for maybe a week and then re build and rise to new highs as the days count down as it could come any time but don't think it will in the next week or they would of held off releasing todays update.

Personally I think it was a short opening yesterday at 43p, already made some money, matters not as I said small fry in terms of 400k shares when II's are buying 30m.

Today rise due to share in circulation form, however kept bouncing off 40p.
All good - changed my advent calendar to EUA count down to bonanza offer and eaten the extra weekend chocolates already. 16 trading days left, can’t see it going into next year!

What is interesting is that they held 20m shares prior to yesterdays 12m buy which took them over the 1% mark and had to file 8.3 form. They must have been accumulating for some time.
I wonder how many more there are lurking with just under 1%

Buy and sell were both 42p so last 21 could have been either, not big volume but it was as if the MM's just gave up the ghost - battered and ready to be served up with chips on the seashore! always taste better by the sea.

The number of shares in circulation has change and as part of the takeover code they need to advise. If you look at the previous shares in circulation and today they are different.
Positive though as house keeping hopefully prior to imminent offer.

I would however love to know who put in for the 2 huge Volche mining areas just next door as if this was us great, but could well be NN and therefore would they need us?
These still seem to be under consideration by Russian Gov as of the 27th November.
I believe we are sold, to whom I have no idea and the more time that passes believe it may well be a JV between the top 2/3 and Eurasia continuing to operate as a subsidiary of the JV with their newly rearranged BOD.
