Nothing has changed, in fact with the Flanks and Tipil licences and DFS incoming (well we hope) things have only got better.
What is in the ground remains the same.
Those selling in my view are only making those that are buying richer - it is a market after all.
Some of the crap on here is ridiculous, remember if you did your research and invested, never read this BB you would be none the wiser of the lengths some people go through to get you to sell, not to line their pockets but the big players that pay them to do so.

Offer in principle depending on dfs/flanks approval is not ‘firm’ imo
Also you keep referring to no offer prior to gap, things have changed since last year, the garden has changed size, Tipil and flanks at MT.

I believe there are firm bids subject to survey (same as buying a house to make it simple) survey could be dfs approval, flanks approval, new licence approval, a pig flying over the moon. Who knows but everything outstanding has to be concluded before the firm bid(s) are made firm. You do not buy anything of any value with ifs and buts outstanding.

DJM, agree and it may well be the flanks project approval and the DFS rubber stamp at WK that we are waiting for. 50sqkm is a huge area! and maybe both come together. I can see some house keeping happening before their holiday.
