Not sure the exchange rate will effect our side. We are a UK company trading on LSE so offer I would have thought would be in £ and the company offering taking the hit on the exchange rate.

Evening, under rns rules how long after an event do EUA have to update share holders? I am hoping it is immediately.
I believe that all is ready just waiting for the dfs rubber stamp to share offer and if it is immediate it lends towards a intra day rns or 16:30-18:00 one rather than a 07:00 one.
Personally wanting a intra day one to witness Ian’s rocket.

Been watching SP and trade volumes on Invest, there seems to be loads of trades at big volumes that appear and then disappear, sometimes volume actually goes slightly negative on the 5min graph.
Is this more MM games or games by II's putting offers there to be had and then cancelling?

The more I think about the update the more I think that it was a communication from the BOD saying that the offer will land this month.
Previous RNS's already said that it was due in December so why RNS the same thing to say it was due in December.
As GLG has eluded 16 trading days left, FOMO is surely going to build as the days tick off starting IMO on Wednesday (Thursday being 1 week from the RNS).
May be the last time to get in in the 39's tomorrow/Wednesday

Not sure it makes any difference if it was open.
All you would have is a list of companies on the disclosure table saying they are interested. No other details and still no guarantee and can ask to removed from the process when ever they want.
BOD has said we were approached by multiple parties so really the same but just not the company names. Can't be many though able and willing to be in the process.

Really depends what you strategy will be
If you plan to trade then we look like we are stuck in 39-42p range so potential return there depending on buy in.
Plan to hold to sale, likely very soon, average price is c150p from this BB so atleast a 3-4 bagger from current SP
Is there risk yes, but minimal in my view.

Can’t understand where all these new post come from people who have very low averages.
To me you either fit in 1 of 2 camps
1) real lth holders who posted on here from day one of buying.
2) real lth that never have and never will post
Those appearing now with low averages with so called first posts on this board, not necessarily first post on other boards need a wide birth.
Would class myself as a MTH and can’t see the point of saying I have an extremely low average/buy in as it doesn’t make you comment/post more valid/true which the game they are trying to play.
