A1ex has updated a tweet - via comparison to MT 16493 licence ( MT production) activity is describe as 'use of bowels' also.
He asks - have they converted Tipil into 'production' via DFS?

A1ex was looking at no.s 312 and 313 both Murmansk region
312 seems to be rejected and 313 satisfied. What and who they relate to I do not know but I believe licences.

I would have thought that all those at the table including potential companies would have seen and digested the dfs months ago.
If it is the dfs they are waiting for I think offers are probably on the table ready to be ‘firmed’ up on dfs rubber stamp so could just see 1 rns with fsp and dfs update.
If they are waiting for something else, licence applications etc we may just get dfs approval.

What are your views on dfs rns when/if it comes? I have reread the MT flanks rns which was very muted. Can’t help but think there is a possibility all we will get for dfs is yes approved and refer back to 3/12 rns with no update of what vols of what are in the ground.

Hi JT - reference the yearly VWAP - does that mean the longer we go on the better for yearly VWAP and sale as each week we knock off a year ago the higher the moving yearly average would be?
