GLA
From interim report for 6 months to 30th June 2021 based on 1 wash plant
Sales 425,965
Cost of sales 665,448
Gross loss 239,483
add in all other costs
Loss before tax 1.465m
Now if we keep all extraction costs and administrative costs the same for the next 6 months and say that the move from 1 wash plant to 3 and say that equates to 100 times more gravel being processed at the same gravel content then sales would be £4.25m.
Now increase commodity prices by 3 so profit by 3 then sales would be c£13m, take off the costs as above and then net income c 12m
So at £12m net income at 80% would equate to 1/3p dividend.
IMO not a chance of any dividend on WK production only.
Don't think we will agree so will park this now - we will find out in a couple of months
GLA
For EUA to pay a dividend they would need to generate £35m net income to pay 1p per share.
I don't believe this is possible without asset sales considering first half of the year was a loss.
Yes metal sales a stack to the back end of the year but still IMO not possible without asset sale of some kind
GLA
The RNS on dividend was put out to clarify dividend payment at 80% of Net income and IMO to stop speculation as to how much of any asset sale would be paid out in a 'special' dividend.
Again IMO once/if this special dividend is paid then the 80% will be come obsolete as potentially substantially all assets will be sold and thus nothing left to generate a dividend for a number of years until EUAv2 hydrogen gets going.

Not necessarily the AGM, could be a EGM - although now just referred to as general meeting I believe
EUA website has calendar - AGM due June

Hard to work out what is truly going on
Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskiy could meet “soon”, a senior aide to Ukraine’s president has claimed, even as the Kremlin downplayed hopes of an early breakthrough in the peace talks.
The head of Ukraine’s negotiating team, Mykhailo Podolyak, a key adviser to Zelenskiy, said on Wednesday that Moscow was scrutinising proposals submitted by Kyiv in Istanbul which he believed could lead to a presidential peace summit.

“We can expect a presidential meeting to be held some time soon,” Podolyak said. “When is too early to tell, but it is a logistical issue.”

Russia to continue to allow gas payments to be made in euros - Germany
Russia will continue to allow European countries to pay for its gas with euros and not rubles as it had previously threatened, the German government has said.
Russian President Vladimir Putin told German Chancellor Olaf Scholz Scholz that payments from Europe next month "would continue to be in euros and transferred as usual to the Gazprom Bank which is not affected by sanctions", German government spokesman Steffen Hebestreit said.
The bank would then convert the payments into rubles, Hebestreit quoted Putin as saying.
"Scholz did not agree to this procedure in the conversation, but asked for written information to better understand the procedure."
Russia had previously said that "unfriendly" countries would have to pay for its gas in roubles from 31 March.

Russia is no longer requesting Ukraine be “denazified” and is prepared to let Kyiv join the EU if it remains military non-aligned as part of ongoing ceasefire negotiations, according to four people briefed on the discussions.
Moscow and Kyiv are discussing a pause in hostilities as part of a possible deal that would involve Ukraine abandoning its drive for Nato membership in exchange for security guarantees and the prospect to join the EU, the people said under the condition of anonymity because the matter is not yet finalised.
The draft ceasefire document does not contain any discussion of three of Russia’s initial core demands — “denazification”, “demilitarisation”, and legal protection for the Russian language in Ukraine — the people added.
Envoys from both sides are to meet in Istanbul on Tuesday in a fourth round of peace talks designed to end president Vladimir Putin’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The concessions on Russia’s side come as its month-long ground offensive has largely stalled as a result of fiercer Ukrainian resistance than expected and Russian operational deficiencies.
But Ukraine and its western backers remain sceptical of Putin’s intentions, worrying that the Russian president could be using the talks as a smokescreen to replenish his exhausted forces and plan a fresh offensive.
David Arakhamia, head of Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky’s party in parliament and a member of Kyiv’s negotiating team, told the FT the parties were close to agreement on the security guarantees and Ukraine’s EU bid but urged caution about prospects for a breakthrough
