Evening all - believe it was a junior Russia tracker with 4 companies in it. EUA 60% POG 20% SSA 10% and RASP at 2% that they closed.
No reason Van Eck will not be buying due to selling 3.9m shares in that tracker as POG was in there and today RNS'd increase holdings inn POG - must be different tracker. No evidence that they are buying though as yet.

I believe this trade was VanEck closing their Junior Russia Tracker fund which held the same number of shares as identified by GMF78 tweet.

Interesting for future reference it is logged as a Benc trade so we now know that a Benc trade is most probably a II buying or selling. As it is an average price during the day they will be impossible to understand whether they are buys/sells when they appear in the future.

Want to put a cheeky limit buy in with HL as away from pc for the rest of the week. Does any one know if it is triggered by the actual SP or when the ask hits the level. Say limit buy is set at 9.40 will it trigger when sp gets to that level or ask falls to 9.00? As if the later would set limit order to 9.00 - obviously just an example and not what I am planning - thanks

Think it will get worse before an end is in sight.

IMO only way is Putin to withdraw, how can Ukraine back down and tell it’s population your houses/cities are destroyed and family/friends died for nothing

Hi LB, Tilly and all - IMO more likely a delayed sell from first spike to 10.50, halted SP going above the 10.50 by the below trades. When it landed at 16:23 actual bid/ask never moved.
