Personally haven’t completely ruled out full sale - ‘initial strategy’ was full sale before asset sale. ‘Initial strategy’ in asset sale was potentially all in my view.

Hi LB, from Kola Nickel RNS this sub sits under Yuksporskaya Mining Company / Yuksporskaya Gornaya Kompaniya ("YGK"). I would have thought that Kola Mining sits under the same umbrella.
If you look at RD's company chart he seems to suggest the same.

I believe that YGK will be sold to a single 'buyer' that has completed their DD 16 weeks ago.
The reason to split everything out prior to sale again IMO is purely so that the 'buyer' can sell ESG Nickel/PGM's/Copper with traceability back to either Kola Nickel, Kola mining or TGK via block chain.
No Need to proportion/split the stuff coming out of the ground as and buyer by Nickel form the company that purchased the assets will need to know is that my nickel can be traced back to Kola Nickel and the fact that it came out of Nyud or NKT doesn't really matter.
