Nice write up - seems wider market still thinks Company sale still an option
The AIM-listed company said copper reserves amounted to 292,714 tonnes, nickel reserves are 388,485 tonnes and cobalt reserves are 13,947 tonnes.
The breakdown also included reserves of 148 tonnes of palladium, 46 tonnes of platinum, 68 tonnes of silver and 8 tonnes of gold.
The resources breakdown included 1.807 million tonnes of copper, 1.859 million tonnes of nickel, 114,925 tonnes of cobalt, 1,080 tonnes of palladium, 276 tonnes of platinum, 394 tonnes of silver nd 76 tonnes of gold.
The reserves and resources are stated under the Russian classification. Reserves and resources under the JORC Code, further to those already announced for a portion of the NKT deposit, will be announced separately.
“The Directors are pleased to update shareholders on our reserves and resources,” Eurasia Mining Christian Schaffalitzky said.
The company is currently in the process of a potential sale of assets or the company as a whole. Schaffalitzky also provided an update on the current progress.
“We continue to make good progress further to the RNS of 28 October 2021 in relation to the potential sale for which a separate update will be provided,” Schaffalitzky added.
