No rumor of Div % - yes people had a few views over the last year but nothing more that I saw

BR bought up to 38p but their average now must be near 26 - can't really be any lower.
Would have thought that all 3 would want a substantial uplift from here

Interesting wording
Shallow open pitting remediated immediately with recovery within 5 to 10 years and with no remnant pit or tailing dumps. Allows the current owner to make provisions for remediation on realistic time scales, as opposed to larger scale operations with remediation at the end of a 20+ year Life of Mine and possible changes in management and ownership through Life of Mine.

Don’t think they are referring to 75% of assets but substantial all of something causing a fundamental change
Example if MT and NKT constitute more than 75% of the PGM’s that Eua can currently mine then selling them would be a fundamental change as substantially all is being sold

My thoughts are that if offer comes in it will be such and such are buying x assets at x amount, no mention of dividend amount and EGM called and circular released.
We can now work out roughly what the dividend should be
Offer amount minus 10% fees * 80% as example.
What ever we re rate to minus the above is what the market values EUA v2.0 at

Having searched a few key words I think what is being hidden is an update to the site rather than a rns as well overdue.
You would upload a new rns as a complete document rather than compiling it on the site and if you look at the presentations and rns’s they have time stamps

The II’s will already have the 21m shorts logged to close and also buys at point of RNS triggered in a nano second. Price will instantly rise, PI’s that are lucky may get a few. PME triggered * 2, price released a much higher rate, people pile in NT to buy followed by NT to buy as MM move the bid up, PME * 2 and then settle at 10% under what the market believe the offer and eua v2 is worth.
