IMO the options will not be exercised until after deal rns and re rate. The 35m in the bank they had is to fully fund JV as per RNS, they can not rely on options being exercised or not as out of their hands.
It will be II’s (probably BR) annoyed that 2 ii’s got preferential treatment and got shed loads of shares on the cheap ( think what the SP would have risen to on 50m shares being bought on the market and BR bought up to 38-40p). Keep SP low, shake them out of impatient PI’s and load up on the cheap.

Check a few times daily to see if technical tab, presentation tab have anything new as if you look at the upload times they are prior to the RNS’s. The Jorc one being the previous night.
Also check a few others. Was going to copy q1 on general meetings tab (which had the AGM questions and answers on it - last time a checked was when KK was added to team on 30th) to reply regards to the dilution message but the page has been cleared - wonder why?

Cheers Mac, so MT and NKT go and provide special dividend and EUA V2.0 supplies PGM’s to Hydrogen JV from Rosgeo JV mines (Nyud and Poaz) and Nickel and copper farmed off to NN (or another) potentially in another JV

Hi Mac, hydrogen needs platinum + potentially palladium so MT + NKT with nickel and copper going else where. My question really is what do people think the assets for sale are. I believe atleast MT and NKT and if that goes is the off take agreement for hydrogen to run eua equipment just for Nyud and Poaz. If you where part of the JV through production would you be negotiating a off take for something the jv is producing - I am unsure so am asking if anyone has a view + what people think is potentially being sold now. 4 routes I see keep pgm’s for hydrogen jv and sell rest or vice versa. The 3rd being sell the lot in kola or 4th nothing and go into production

HNY all, still think NN will be involved. My view is that the state couldn’t just give them the area as NN’s ESG credentials are not good and companies won’t associate/buy from them as tokenisation and tracking from source to final product is key in the green revolution.
Buying EUA subs allows the buyer to keep 100% ESG mines separate to their current mines as a separate business if needed, removing historic association to oil spills, pollution etc AIMO
