Been looking at the map on page 23 of presentation. Looks to me the red licence area is MT + NKT (+ extension north not yet rns’d) + Nyud with Poaz outside of it. Also suggests a smelter slightly north of Monchegorsk. (Can’t find this on maps, just the one slightly south of Monchegorsk)
Was struggling with what assets could be for sale if EUA v2.0 was all of the above. Just really leaves WK.
I think we have it the wrong way round. Think we will be left with EUA 1 and EUA 2 sold via subsidiaries. Also why register everything for MOEX as Eurasia Mining.

The engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) contract allows for an 18-months to 2-year construction phase to commence in line with pit preparation works, undertaken by Eurasia subsidiary TGK, in a sub-contract costed within the EPC. These preparatory works include stripping at West Nittis and Loipishnune, transportation and compacting and dumping, slope grading, compacting of run of mine pad.

Very much so, in order to achieve 2024 for the 2 projects they will need 33koz PT in 2024 working on pt ratios from MT they will need to be extracting 100koz total pgm by 2024, this translates to the mine needs building early 2022 by the buyer the deals VERY close

Also CS retiring if correct suggests early 2022. Doubt he wants to retire mid way through sale. It will be c1mth to call EGM and then c1mth atleast to get payment for assets

I have been googling to see if a company would pay a dividend prior to M&A activity and the ‘norm’ seems to be that the acquiring company SP normally drops and dividends reduce for a number of years there after.
The question is have NN been waiting for the vote on this dividend payout prior to announcing any M&A news.

Shouldn’t be any delays for Jorc news if in a position to release due to Russian holidays. Also no delay if Japan are the buyers. Only delay could be around Nyud licence transfer from Rosgeo to EUA sub company but that may have been completed already and if it’s a Russian company buying the assets
