Full year accounts will probably show a loss still when MT, flanks etc exploitation costs are added

I believe EGM's do not exist anymore, they are both called 'general meetings'
You are basically saying we will be voting for a dividend to be paid at the AGM due to the dividend policy RNS which is not the case and that is your opinion and not set in stone.

Yes - the 'liquidity event ' dividend. Not an annual dividend voted for at a AGM. That's what they were talking about.
Do you really think that EUA have generated more than £35m last year out of WK to pay 1p dividend? Doubt they would bother paying at that level anyway.

IMO this relates to the 'liquidity event' on sale of assets and not an annual dividend to be voted on at the AGM. The quote refers to a 'general meeting' not necessarily the AGM. Could well have been referring to an EGM that would have happen had war not broken out and may still happen between now and the AGM or even after.
WK would have needed to produce £35m+ in profit to pay 1p dividend to all - unlikely IMO when H1 resulted in a loss.

Correct Mac - Annual report due May/June and will land at the same time as AGM announcement if last year is anything to go by. RNS's on the 4th June - 6 weeks away, long time when a war is going on, I hope for other news in between.
