Equivalent to £30k net per month to XTR on start up within two months and then increasing to £60k per month three months later.

As additional Explorator expenses are minimal, this will mostly drop directly to the bottom line. XTR wili now, at the very least, be making a profit at corporate level from early 2021 - then Fairbride will come on line... assuming of course that the contract pre-conditions are met.

Has seen a spectacular rally over the last few days, hitting $2010 this morning.
The financial metrics for XTR are robust, but they do rely on getting the various projects into production in the short term.
If we get a green light this month on the Guy Fawkes contract I can see the SP breaking 2p but if we continue with radio silence for much longer them we may well lose momentum and PYO88 may even get that 1p re-entry point.
There is little doubt about the medium to long term growth in SP, but in the short term it comes down to how well the company is managed, and that is very much in the lap of CB at the moment - unless we get a new board member and focus on the development of Manica is made the main remit of the post...
I think that CB has done a great job in lining up a number of potentially company-making projects but I would be much more relaxed if I thought a competent manager were now concentrating 100% on their development.

A word of caution, Tableleg, it is often worse for those in the vicinity than for the one taking the poo. Be careful what you ask for!

The world Covid19 situation seems to be getting increasingly complicated IMO and I am beginning to think it will take some time ( possibly several months) to sort out.

However we can be confident that the Fairbride production will happen as MMP have already spent millions on the building of the plant as shown on the XTR website, they will have had to pay for the heavy plant currently locked out of the country and on top of this they are building the tailings dam and installing the infrastructure required to build the main processing plant once it arrives.
I would not be surprised if MMP have already invested $10-15M in the project, so there is no way that it will not happen.

There is nothing we can do about Covid 19 - que sera, sera. So our priority should now be to get the Guy Fawkes hard rock production started as soon as possible. We already know that no additional plant will need to be imported for this project and that it is a combination of surface layer 'low hanging fruit' and underground mining - so plenty to go at there. Our share should be able to finance the company until Fairbride comes on line.

Colin, if you are reading this, can we please finish off dotting the 'i's and crossing the 't's on those outstanding contracts...

Best to.remember that JLP is a company at a far later state of development than GLR. In a JV that is worth £30M to the Market cap of JLP, that represents only a 25% (ish) increase in SP, whereas a similar increase in the Market Cap. Of GLR would result in a multi-bag in the SP and a lot of very happy PIs...
Basically the gearing ratio is much higher for GLR, so will produce far better returns in the event of a success scenario.

The acid test will be whether or not there is sufficient positive sentiment resulting from the amazing POG and CB's recent interview to progress the SP over the coming days and weeks. If we are around 1.7p at close of play tomorrow then I will begin to believe that we are on our way, otherwise I'm afraid it is back to same old...and we have all been there many times before!

With a double- digit increase in the SP, if we hold on to it, I think it's a good start for a long-awaited potential re-rate.

However, a consistent stream of written updates and actual movement on the new contracts will be needed to keep up the momentum IMHO - CB, please take note...

It is my firm belief ( I don't want a red card yet, as it is not yet on my bucket list ) that Guy Faulks mining will be agreed in the short term with a Chinese company that is desperate for a short- term source of gold - that should mean a good deal for XTR and that is why I will be adding XTR shares to my portfolio over the next few days.

If the POG keeps rising ( currently $2,017!) Then we could become profitable just based on alluvials... a whole new perspective is in the offing.

Now that the psychological barrier of $2,000 has been broken, if anything the rise in POG is increasing. Almost $2010 already. Where will it stop?

The sight of that POG chart is a wonder to behold - but will XTR follow? We should find out soon enough, let's get that Guy Fawkes contract into place and maybe even 2p will be a thing of the past...

POG just spiked at over $1,990, so $2,000 very close now and PY088's 1p dreams will be crushed...shame!
