Only 17 shareholders in Prospectore and if they have confidence in Bushranger, why would they effectively short XTR - particularly as one of them will be appointed to the XTR BoD?
It is obvious that CB has great confidence in the Bushranger asset, whether or not the first 25% tranche of payment shares are sold will tell us what the Australians think of it.
Flipping the shares already, before getting Australian Government permission for the deal would be a bit risky IMO. Much more likely that those 17 investors will be trying to build a decent position in XTR, so as to maximise their returns on the sale of Bushranger.

As always, only time will.tell.

A couple of late-reported chunky buys from Wednesday. Good to see that 2p was paid, should help to weaken the resistance.
Providing CB keeps up the regular news flow I think that sentiment will continue to improve and, who knows, the SP could even get to 3p by the time we get first hard rock production.

However, the revenue stream from the other four projects should be more than enough to cover immediate cash requirements, with the current CIB proviso.

CB has mentioned in two podcasts that the new contractors are already on site and have started mining to build up a stockpile in preparation for start of production in two months time.
The existing alluvials expected to last until next March and new alluvials will be a stop gap measure with up to 12 months expected LOM.

With existing alluvials, Guy Fawkes, Boa Esperanza, New alluvials and, possibly, Kalengwa, all producing at the same time, iI would be very surprised if a fund raising will be needed any time soon - providing, of course, we have enough CIB to last the next 2-3 months.

Like many others, I also think our current situation warrants an SP of over 2p - and I certainly wouldn't bet on it staying below that level for very much longer.

With many companies there comes a tipping point when factors align so as to make chances of future success far greater than those of failure. Providing the assets are sufficiently prospective this is the time that 'clever' money gets invested and suddenly sentiment changes for the better and the company starts to be valued on future earnings rather than past performance.

I am not sure that XTR has quite got to a tipping point, but with all those ducks now nicely aligning for the exploitation of some world-class assets , it can't can't be very far away?

Good idea to watch the trading patterns, as chunky trades are a good indication of what is going on. One or two more good RNSs and, who knows, maybe even PYO88 will be convinced...

Further de-risks the company from a cashflow point of view, and at no cost to shareholders. Whilst not a particularly lucrative contract, when looked at in isolation, a very important addition to the overall picture of a company with multiple income streams.

With known deposits grade could increase anywhere up to 11g per tonne from underground works and very little waste as they only minr the vein - that would give is up to £300,000 of income per month.

Also 1M jorc compliant tonnes could grow into 3M tonnes - at that rate, the processing rate could be doubled and still have over 10 years LOM.

As CB says - certainly not a stop-gap.

We are still expecting news on the new alluvial contract and for hard rock processing at Boa Esperanza. Once finalised and producing on four or five front we will be able to say that the XTR portfolio is, at last, starting to take shape... could still be 6-8 months before Manica is fully operational on all fronts, but i will certainly be hanging around to see the story unfold.

Dot's Luck has also been released for third party contractor development and it is far more prospective than Guy Fawks. I can remember CB saying he could not wait to start production at Dot's Luck, he may not have to wait much longer? So potentially we could have four hard rock deposits all being worked at the same time.

From memory, MMP decided to concentrate on Fairbride as they considered the 'low hanging fruit' to be a diversion.

The recent increase in POG and the delays caused by Covid-19 have probably convinced them to let another contractor have a go at Guy Fawkes (and Boa Esperanza) - MMP will only get about £30k per month once production is in full swing, but better than nothing at all, whilst at the same time letting them concentrate on Fairbride - that is where the real money can be made...
Looks like a win-win-win situation to me.

XTR will not get rich out of this deal, but it will certainly be de-risked. With another hard rock contract and adjacent licence alluvials still to come, this is suddenly a much safer bet than it was a year ago...
