What are your thoughts on ratifying the issue of warrants? I am currently thinking that the latest share issue was at a bargain price and that no further incentive is needed, so am thinking of blocking the motion.

In all honesty, what is needed for his other interests at the moment is a good geologist with sharp management skills - what we will need over the coming months is a good salesman/negotiator.

Another way of looking at it is that Colin has great experience in negotiating buy-outs so maybe it would be better for we XTR shareholders if he were to employ somebody elsewhere to look after his other interests so he can spend a lot more of his time with XTR - better the devil you know, especially one with a successful track record...

With decent assay results and a complete 3D diagram for racecourse, the SP should be in double figures by then and the AGM should be a much more joyous affair than it has bee in recent years.

But you can delay the submittal by a few days or even a week and still comply with "on or around".

Having said that, the RNS actually says " Company proposes to issue the placees a total of 49,107,142 warrants, being half a warrant for every share" - the key word here being 'proposes' - The decision has therefore not yet been made and there is no commitment to issue the warrants.

The final decision will be up to the shareholders and the company will need 75% of the shares cast at the GM to be in favour in order to pass the proposal.
