Thanks @Obs. I think the people involved are labour creditors so I am thinking on the same line as you. No update on the other link though. Still says virtual trial. Bit confused so sitting on my usual step of waiting and watching.
@EV_Bull - if you click on the link to the process in page 109, you can see the date sequences of this case and the ruling in full in a single page. The links below has the full ruling in single page.
@EV_Bull - I missed this :') My opinion is that it is a ruling on an appeal by AF against the decision to include them as a passively responsible party in the labour debt and the courts have again ruled against them.
@makemoremoney - Depends. If it comes out in Dev's favour, it may hasten them to sign the agreement like the shipment ruling hastened the agreement in principle. Also, if they sign the agreement they may not need a ruling.
My opinion of course. Been wrong a number if times.
@MLQ - Eeeh. Deleted or banned? But the username gave me a few chuckles.
@Jimb2 - Thank you but credit to @Obs. I am just following his link. :)
@tomcat - If you are referring to the supreme Court decision, that seems to be referred back to the Bankruptcy courts again as there is one with last update being virtual trial started. Initially I thought it was ruled too but there is an outstanding process which indicates I was wrong to think that.
@Matt21 - the below link. As for it being the conclusion, I am not sure so not putting my name on it. No updates on the shipping one. Would be happy it is the conclusion.
