But isn't there an exclusivity clause on the JRP? If so, has it expired?
Can Dev sell? My opinion is that they can't. The asset is in court's hands and the courts have to annul the JRP like they did with Jindal. If this is correct then wouldn't it to be more effective for the new investor to form a JV with KDNC+partner (sorry. Mental block in remembering their name) if they want to to.

@Joesnatch - I haven't found anything interesting in the court website lately. Even the labour claims have dried up a little.

Well once upon a time not so long ago, there was much more harmony with delightful posters sharing information on KDNC and opinions about them (mostly constructive) and fun to learn information not related to KDNC (those were much appreciated by myself and I think a few others) and full of wordplay (again very useful and enjoyable for me).

Then came certain posters (I won't name names, well other than certain Mr.Lithium - who I presume isn't here under many many disguises. As for others if the hat fits you, then it is how it is) who took offence to the fun, forced/bullied a charming poster who kept things positive off the board and here we are.

Also again, I appreciate those who still share a lot of useful information and constructive opinions. I am hoping those know who they are. Thank you.

I was wondering if there is a model to calculating the price in a future contract. That link clarified it for me :) Much appreciated again.

@Obs - Any idea how the sale contract is likely to be negotiated for the iron ore in relation to the iron ore price?

@isb - There was a share that went up over 100% in around 2 weeks on them giving a deadline for signing a contract. Till then it was bouncing around a certain price range. Maybe something like that may help..some kind of progress update..

But I am happy to wait..growing less agitated with time :')

There was also an interesting post by @EV_Bull a day or two back where he/she shared their summary of their research and their forecasts with reasoning.
