I work in the oil industry. Ive been to Moz on long business trips six times in last two years. Moz is one of the better African countries I visit. My close colleagues negotiate extensively with Moz authorities. I own close on two million NCCL shares and have no intention of divesting for the foreseeable future (Im thinking 25% upon financial close, and sit upon the remainder as a pension cash cow). I doubt Scott Fletcher has been to Moz (I may be wrong), but I bet he has spoken extensively to some people with plenty of Moz experience!

Wrong - IQAI has a main market listing and market cap of £7mln (doubled in last month). For the last couple of years its MC was <£3mln, but it still had a main market listing. This was one of the main reasons I invested in IQAI. No AIM circus!

This is same discussion we had on this BB 18 months ago. Once the JDA is signed, tariff \ PPA agreed, and NPV assigned, then the parties will be in place to discuss NCCL buyout. In those old BB discussions I said that a fair total buyout price for NCCL would be 40-70p range.

Today’s buys outnumber sells by approx 1300%, but SP is down 3.5%!

My rule of thumb is x5 to x15 SP on RTO. As another rule I don’t follow bulletin board SP predictions, so I don’t know what BOU estimates are being telegraphed.

That was my top up. I have played similar RTO situations before, and done very well out of them - BOU has all the credentials I look for. Surprised my buy didn’t move the SP!

Liquidity is not the issue. The issue is AIM regulation, or the lack of. NCCL need to do same as IQAI - nanocap stock that is prepared to pay for a main market listing in order to avoid trader value destruction on AIM.

Hanno needs to do a pod cast very soon (surprised he hasn’t done so). In that pod cast Hanno needs to address pressure World Bank is under to no longer fund new coal projects.

I too have lived in Africa for work (oil) over a 15 year period - Angola, Gabon, Nigeria, Cameroon, Kenya, Morocco, Mauritania, SADR (go Google it - fantastic, I had to be escorted out of a minefield!). Loved every minute of it. In Africa you learn to duck and weave, same as you have to with this company. I sold approximately £24k of shares in PFP today because I trust the Board / Insiders less than the flakey governments of the many countries I have worked in! If Im proven wrong - good, I`m still sitting on a small holding.

The apparent £7998 sell at 8.55 this morning is actually my buy. All five buys I have made in PFP over the last six weeks have been listed as sells!

Blatant SP manipulation going on here - approx 2 million of known buys are marked as sells. If you do the maths, this should have finished blue today.

The two £9.9k ‘sells’ at 8.22 and 8.23 this morning, are in fact both my buys. Naughty MMs.
