Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Currently at 20% loss but I am happy to wait. I think patience is key and this mornings rns restores confidences. Hope to see a bounce this afternoon. gla
I think I might get some more this week
My sincere gratitude for supporting this share and providing a balanced argument. I was thinking about selling at a loss a few times on here but you and some others here made me hold on a bit longer. I’m sure all th waiting will be worth it in the end. Gla
When in the history of contractual agreements has that happened to any oil company? I will accept any links to ligitimate web pages. I don’t think it’s possible with a firm contract in place between all parties involved. I await your reply.
Oh good point Jester. I guess we better all pull our investment on that sentiment. Do you really think that outweighs the potential for this share? Jog on mate
What is your point Jester? As far as I am concerned the company has received approval to begin production test all be is a few weeks late due to further queries from DNR. You obviously don’t appreciate the achievement. The bod has delivered! And they will deliver again within reasonable timescalea which may but always be exactly as promised. PVR have been preparing to begin and it was anticipated they would be ready to start as soon as approval was received. Do you expect every outcome to follow plans? This message goes to all who have somehow turned today’s positive rns into a negative.
Thanks timbo
Still not showing bought 618148. Anyone seen it?
De-listing gets my vote too. I still think this company has potential, the same as it did before - nothing has changed except liquidity from hereon. I prefer to stay positive and put these in a bottom draw. With a low average of 0.24p, as long as the company still exists i will expect a return. GL
Tom I suggest you find evidence which suggests investors were misled. No Chinese interest? Where are you getting this? Also, sable have not made any suggestion that they have no future in minerals.
top up was me.
anyone expecting an update before AGM?
thanks So the only question that remains is what should the mcap of new BOS be? at the moment we are priced at just under £4M.
I assume 57.5M is (A) the shares outstanding post consolidation + (B) share issue?? (A) entire issued share capital of BOS Global Ltd for the consideration of 42,500,000 Shares (post-Consolidation) + (B) Company to issue to the Travia Entities (or their nominees) 21,564,846 Shares (post-Consolidation) = 64M Where have you got this number?
Seathestars "Darwin have a shit load of shares in this company"...except they dont! Darwin have forward sold and this mornings RNS states they have finished (or are close to finishing) their selling spree. Good news IMO
Given that you are not invested and have no intention to be, I don't think anyone cares what you think. Who knows whether this rto is worth anything? Just wait and see..
My understanding is that there will be no further conversion rns from Darwin for 1year?? please confirm.
I think your stuck in a closet somewhere with only a small peephole to base your opinion. "For many a price 0.007p equates to a 100% gain" - how "many" are we actually talking here? In comparison to the entire market? I think you'll find "many" is an exaggeration, just like your attempt to reference "billions of shares" to reflect value. We will see what happens here but a steady rise at the moment will do me fine.
You were referring the selling demand by stating "billions of shares can be sold for profit at 6" you are now referring to the buying demand. Make your mind up mate you are going in circles. Buying demand was there at 6 and will remain. Selling demand has dwindled because Darwin is out and most sellers are at a loss. Get it?
Billions of shares? And how much are these billions worth? There is no point referring to share quantity when value is this low. I don't see why people will be rushing to banks small gains... Most people are loosing here
