To be clear AP group owns 20% of ACR Romania (AP 8% of that 20%) which in turn holds BPPM, VAST own the other 80%) AP personally owns 10% of Zagra.

It has been the intention of the VAST BoD to convert all these small holdings of VAST's assets into shs in VAST topco so that totally aligns all the stakeholders/shareholders.

As Dodge says - there is no difference to the value of our shs with this process as the MC will increase proportionally with the shares issued.

Anyway we will have an EGM to vote on it, but it makes sense to me.

Just sentiment MS - nothing has changed - we still have the world class assets - S/P is due to fear of placing and general market conditions - VAST is in a very strong position to grow into a mid tier miner in the next few years.

Today's RNS was necessary to inform the market we have started to drill Zagra one of the largest copper ore deposits in Europe.

Mercuria tranche B is being processed, they take their time (Tranche A took a few months).

The equipment for Manaila has a 6 month lead time and we are heading towards winter so in the spring probably?

Why would we "screw up BP"?

We will be getting a placing for the remainder of the headroom for sure, hopefully to an II at a higher s/p.

Mercuria A was genuine funding and was used to pay off serious debt from SSGI.

There is no reason why we should not be producing from 4 mines in 6 months (Manaila/BPPM/PP/Marange) - VAST is at a transitional stage in it's development and that leads to uncertainty, however IMO VAST has never been in such a good position.

Everything is absolutely fine with VAST - just waiting for Merc B and some resolution to the current political situation - Tranche B first then probably ;-)

Thanks Jay, Good for our potential Marange concession from the expected policy - Ownership and shareholding of companies bearing diamond mining rights, replacing the 51-49 percent local-foreign shareholding requirement that regulates diamond and platinum.

It will mean VAST get the 75% of the concession

Come out with some real facts why VAST will not be successful - real info, reasons etc. and you may get taken seriously but coming out with non specific drivel will not work.

Fantasy - I had a problem with the last BOD RNS - totally vague and misleading - I text JC over Twitter he got back and explained it - VAST do their best but the RNS system is inadequate.

I agree Badge - not reflected in the S/P yet but it looks good going forward - we are in a very good position.

He is on the twitter group and has been for 18 months - also as you say Telegram, he is obviously interested to hear his shareholders views - personally I think that is a positive thing - he is not "ramping" VAST just explaining info that has come via RNS etc.

Yes B - we are doing pretty well - look what happened to many AIM miners over the last year - not many are up.

Larsson - it depends on your POV - I see it way differently if you recall we were languishing in the .3's until just before a year ago - Oct 6th 2017 s/p .32 - so we are actually up 53% - that's decent progress.

We have the BP licence we have funding from Mercuria and an offtake we have plans to expand Carlibaba, Zagra, and the Marange fields - all delivered by AP.

Presumably Mercuria are doing DD now we have BP, if you recall they messed about for a couple of months for the first tranche

ESM is a totally different prospect to VAST they have spent 10 years and $200 mil on the Rovina Valley project and getting the exploitation licence for them was more important.

BPPM is a great mine but their project is worth $billions (like our Zagra project) - so the impact is bound to be more.

Also look at the ESM s/p over the past year - it was much higher in April than now even with the s/p increase.

The two companies are not the same ESM has a long way to go yet to get to production 5 years at least I would think - we have 6 months max!

We have legacy issues to deal with from a couple of years ago, but VAST is a great prospect.- the s/p dropped slightly - not much for AIM volatility. Chill it will come
