Sorry buko I really don't understand what you are aiming at?

All my posts are "my opinion" - this is a public BB, I am not qualified to give any financial advice and would never do so.

I am very careful with what I post and try at all times to back them up with facts - the share price is of course an opinion - you have to bear in mind we are in a bear market right now and all shs are down over the last few weeks.

If you disagree bring up some reasons don't just slag me off for being positive - have you any?

If VAST was crap last week it's still crap this week and vice versa - no one can control the S/P.

It just seems when the S/P it's dropping AP gets the blame and if it goes up the plaudits? - well nothing has changed only the S/P - if he was great after getting the BP licence then he still is!

No angus it is as follows "Drawdown of Tranche B is subject, in addition to customary due diligence and agreement of documentation, to a technical and financial due diligence on Manaila and Baita Plai and the completion of a Baita Plai plant investment plan validating the business of that mine. Tranche B would be secured on the Romanian assets of the Company." as per RNS announcing the deal.

I am sure they were just waiting for BP licence and now it just needs finalising and signing off.

B if you remember with Mercuria Tranche A the lawyers took ages (it is Romania don't forget) soon means a different thing there - I think it will happen fairly soon though maybe in the next couple of weeks.

Badge IMO it's obvious - we get a Chairman's letter stating we need cash to do the various projects and we need (and now get) 850 mil headroom - the market assumes a massive placing is due so the s/p suffers - we need clarity that it will not be to the market but to an II as AP has alluded to recently on several occasions.

AIM is down 2.33% we are down 4.2% it's not what I would call a disaster!

AP is not going to shaft anybody with a low placing - we had one last Thursday!

Just sentiment in the market today and people worrying about something that won't happen - he has stated the headroom is for an II.

We should get the second tranche of funding from Mercuria very soon so it's not like VAST is desperate - that is up to $5.5 mil

Watcher AP did state the historic shareholder problem had been resolved in a recent podcast - they just take a bit of time these agreements. It will come in due course, now we have the BPPM licence.

There is no deadline on Mercuria Tranche B - they took ages on the legalities of tranche A - I am not concerned, if the s/p was going up would you be?
If you ignore the S/P and look at it unemotionally we are in a great position - so the s/p drops 5%? not a real disaster is it - trouble is the MM's need sellers and if you bottle it and sell it plays into their hands and they gain - balls of steel required on AIM ;-)

The thing is as the S/P drops people lose confidence and sell - now is the time to buy not sell!
Except we are probably all fully loaded :-(

All you have to do is look logically at what we have - ignore the market, it is wrong.

schmoops - presumably there is a public list of creditors for Beaufort - I should think that is the source.
I get so many calls from nice people telling me I have problems with my router a few calls from brokers is a pleasant distraction ;-)

I am getting calls from several brokers just now including SVS - I think it is to do with Beaufort and their demise - a list of clients probably got out and the other brokers are chasing business.
There is no conspiracy behind the calls though - they are just punting for business.

Yes weather very nice Teacup! - sorry to have a go but there is so much false info on theses BB's - AIM is not great and AIMed against the PI, but there are certain things that are totally illegal.
Unfortunately people "infer" things that are impossible and that p[iss)es me off - not you though TC!

You cannot forward sell until a placing is announced - you need to read some laws on share trading teacup.

An II would not be "forward sold shares" they would take the whole placing - no forward selling!

AP can buy in as they were out of a "closed period" presumably. I am aware an II may buy some of the headroom (as AP has mentioned this) but yrabs was inferring the calls from a broker were because a placing was due and that is unsubstantiated - I was just saying if a broker offered placing shares, prior to a placing announcement it is illegal.
I never said an II buying in was "wrong" and if there was trading on inside info - why has the s/p dropped?
II's do not trade inside they are inside and negotiate a deal on the basis of that info - if we get an II on board via a placing it will most likely be at a premium. But AP buying in was probably more to do with closed period being removed.
