On very very BULLISH rns friday...we went from 80p....to £1.20....+50%...within sort-time.....only 2hrs...

Same could happen again on follow up rns....+50% within hpur or two.......but if we was to get an +ve rns at say 7am tomorrow morning....then it will most likely be 50%+ GAP UP on open.....

shares in issue only 38M....

FREEFLOAT = approx 25M...

Sometimes.....when FOMO....kicks in ...in this share....its hard to BUY...MM's get lost....

MM's have had their FUN......now its our turn....should see 80's again.....fairly quickly.....hope those who wanted to leave have left....

We are TICKING UP now in the right DIRESTION.....hoping for ...MINIMUM....+10%. finish......could see more...possibly +20%...

I wouldnt be surprised...if we went to N/T in bit....on bit of BUYING PRESSURE!!!!.....best thing to do is..if you want in....is FILL and KILL....at slight premium.....maybe by 1p......thats what i had to do....before.....

DaP...i am just speculating as many.....u trade...as u have indicated before....for me its not a trade...its longterm hold.....paper profit / paper loss...will go up and down like a yoyo....bother me not....lets wait and see where we are at in say....AUGUST....£5+...£10+...its anyones guess...

i predict...options rns to drop....anytime now....could br tomorrow could be thursday...i dont know....and when it does land....and ppl see it wasnt TB selling...it was just HALLAM/employees options....they will RUSH back in....there will be MASSIVE BUYING que...only few will get in at the lows....rest can pay PREMIUMS.......well thats the PLAN anyway...

before TB exercised his options....we had 37097451 shares in issue....

after he exercised 1.2m options...we ended up with

37097451 + 1200000 = 38297451 ( currently in issue )...

Question is...wher has other 1.15m gone....????....

it is looking more and more likely.....these options of 1.15m...have been forward sold....over last 3/4 days....

NEXT rns could be....remainder options of 1.15m exercised...and sold ....( BLOCK ADMISSION )....

Last point.....it could be HALLAM's options alongside other employee options....

there was further 1.15m...options left...to be exercised....maybe what we have just seen over last few days...is just that....BOOKBUILD....

Since friday open we have traded some 11 million shares....went from 80p to 1.20 on +ve rns on friday...volume traded 3.8m...on MONDAY...we opened at around £1.20.....went upto around..£1.30.....then dropped to 87p by close on...some 4.2m traded....today.....we have dropped to 73p on 2.4m traded

Now i dont know about today as i wasnt around....yesterday...there seemed to be more buys...then sells...in open ( not hidden trades )...so the question is why the drop...is there a seller in the background...??

Well...to be honest i do feel there is a seller in the background..this seller was selling on thursday and friday before rns...i know because..its easy to follow brh pattern....we had more buying pressure on thursday....but price wasnt budging....same on friday....we was stuck on 80's....on more buys...than sells

Now the question is....who could this seller be??..to be honest....we might never know..it could be any 1 or few pi's selling with few hundred thousands shares each..just one pesron....can sell his lets say 200-300 hundred thousand...it will have a knock on effect....we all know....how MR norris put a dent on shareprice for few days...as did Mr DCT....this seller or sellers have done the same thing..put a dent..what one has to remember....once their shares are sold they are sold....we move on without them..like we did without norris/dct

There are 3 tr1 holders...who have over 1m+ shares...all of these have less amount then either mr DCT and mr Norris...so if rns comes from them..saying they have sold...good we move on..happy days....if bod members like freeman/hallam sold..good...again...we move on...their holdings are peanuts..it has happened be4 we just moved on

ONLY real problem will start....if TB says...he has sold....question is...has he...???...well accounts are due..in mid april....so i believe for one he and all bod members are in closed period...they are not able to sell.......and secondly......lets say he has sold....few million...for tax purposes..or whatever....to that i say...so what...his monies his choice....if ppl dont like that....they should sell and move on simple....i have learnt how to live with all these naysayers...re-tb.....hardcore believers/investors.....should aswell....dont let these negative thinkers get to u......if tb has sold....which i doubt.....then...that will mark end of his selling...like as in previously...when he issued tr1 rns...he never sold there after......remember....this last time round when he sold....he got taken out at 55p...and straight after we made a jump to 70p-80p..same thing will happen again...if that was to happen....with few doubters selling no doubt..on bashers creating mayhem/doubts in their heads...

its a shame....EXCELLENT rns well desereved rise.....comes the bashers ...10-20%ers we retrace backdown to where we are....

YES it would have been nice if we sold at peak in £1.20's and rebought in 70's.....well most of us dont have CRYSTAL BALL....and to be honest....i am not here to trade...

Going forward...all it will take...is one +VE rns and of we go again....50%-100% instantly....like friday.....also.....just need one big BUYER can do the TRICK aswell..

After fridays rns....for me atleast everything has de-risked.....i wouldnt have bought more shares in the morning if i didnt think so....

We all know brh is volatile....it will swing wildly both ways up and down....due to....low number in FREEFLOAT....certainly not for faint hearted this....

Problem here on AIM...is you have/get more traders than INVESTORS...most of whom cant hold a share for more than few minutes...let alone few days....

INVESTORS like me are looking at much BIGGER PICTURE....we are looking weeks/months ahead....most of us have been here like a year now.....see where we were 6mths-12mths ago....and then...try to see where we could be in another 6mth-12mths......making money on AIM aint EASY....one has to be DISCIPLINED and PATIENT...

If we had that all IMPORTANT ....MIND BLOWING partnership news at 7am today...and we went BALLASTIC....these traders who have already sold...today...would have sold anyway....

GOOD THING we still havent had that rns....and traders are OUT......now on that PARTNERSHIP news/rns...we go HIGHER...SIMPLE....

at £38m m/c our valuation is a JOKE.....try adding a ZERO....£380m...sounds BETTER....well maybe not over night.....but in few MTHS TIME.....thats if we are NOT TAKEN OVER by a major...in which case we will be get HUGE DIVIDEND anyway

RNS came at 14:32...caught many by surprise.....we ended up from like red/flat to 50% BLUE....

Same fate could be waiting for us TODAY......re-PARTNERSHIP DEAL....never say never......still plenty of time for rns to drop...we are so close...to this DEAL being announced...too risky to be out now...me thinks...each to their own

It can only take one seller.....to bring the price down....and have a dominoes effect...

remember ...MR NORRIS...selling his millions....MM's took him to the cleaners...TB bought his shares....NORRIS was put in MM's CLEANERS cupboard never to be seen AGAIN...missed out on HUGE....GAINS/DIVI....etc...

remember....MR DCT.....selling his 2MILLION+....MM's took him to cleaners aswell....JAMES SHARPE bought hos shares.....DCT put away in MM's CLEANERS cupboard aswell......missed out on HUGE....GAINS.....

Looks like HISTORY is repeating again....MR SELLER....can sell all he likes....he WILL be put in MM CLEANERS CUPBORAD never to be seen again..will miss out on HUGE GAINS.....MR BUYER will BUY everything of him....TR1 possible...

At times its very very DIFFICULT to BUY here especially on +VE RNS/NEWS....take friday as an EXAMPLE.....from 80p.....BOOOM straight over £1....within minutes....we closed at +50%..

NEXT news re-PARTNERSHIP could be around the corner...too risky to play this trading game right now imo.... BUT...each to their own....
