at 7am....we get an RNS stating....GSK approached paraytec......at 9am.....we get an rns....stating...GSK are HAPPY to make an offer for £5 per brh share just for PARAYTEC....at 10am......we get an RNS ....COUNTERBID made by ASTRAZENECA...at £6...at ...11am GSK comes back at £7....at 12pm ASTRAZENECA...say £8 TAKE it or leave it.......at 13:00 ABBOTT joins the PARTY....BANG ON £10 per share....at 14:00...ELI LLIY joins the PARTY...£15 per share......15:00 rns JOHNSON and JOHNSON...£20 per share....16:00 ELI LILLY £25......16:30 JOHNSON and JOHNSON £30.....

Following morning..7am..TAKEOVER announced and confirmed for PARAYTEC at £30 with JOHNSON and JOHNSON.....along with SPECIAL DIVI...of £30 per share....

At 8am...LAWSUIT from ASTRAZENECA...."we was in bed with you for few years you CHEATED on us"...we had the first right...LOL.....

What i normally do....is o for fill/kill about 1p higher than ASK price.....that was when we was under £1 mark......over a pound....you might end up doing fill/kill and 2 3 4 5p PREMIUM.....

One thing many have not mentioned....even though chances are low.....PARAYTEC can be LISTED as INDEPENDENT company ...if that was to be the case....every brh share you hold....you will get an X number of NEWLY listed PARYTEC shares....like i say...chances of this happening are low...but possible nevertheless...

Bottomline....lets say PARAYTEC is SOLD OUT..or even just CV19 TESTs....we will GET MASSIVE SPECIAL DIVI...and FREE CARRY on some 15-20 ODD other INVESTMENTS....for me...

After PARAYTEC...its 50/50.....between PHASEFOCUS / KIRKSTALL...taking NUMBER ONE spot....if i had to choose 1....i would go for PHASEFOCUS...they are already GENERATING revenues/profits for us....

Number of shares in ISSUE!!!! right now that is 38M....

Ncyt went from 6p to £12.....over few wks/mths...because....as time went by....DEMAND got HIGHER and HIGHER....they had some 70M odd shares in issue....if i am correct.....they had less shares in STICKY HANDS...

As we move FORWARD.....as each rns comes we will only MOVE HIGHER....NCYT STYLE...or even BETTER due to lower number of shares in FREEFLOAT....

stampee1...at that particular time....there was no reestriction....u just had to be holding.....day be4 ex divi date....

announcement was made on 3rd of dec....you had to be holding on 9th of dec....and be on share register on 11th of dec...divi was paid on jab 6th...

catch was ....the day before...announcement ....shareprice was like 35p...next morning...after announcement i think it went high 50's....before settling at 55p...you only win BIG if u are in before announcement....
