i was looking at rise in mid-FEB....TOTAL ££'s exchanging hands was approx...£25m-£30m...over some 9 day PERIOD...the rise started on the 12th/feb.....in ANTICIPATION of 1st CLINICAL TRIAL DATA....two months on....we are looking forward to LAST CLINICAL TRIALs SET...update....end of APRIL...but in reality can come anytime.....from next week me thinks.......lot of HOT money will be coming BRH's way in coming days..just on ANTICIPATION....of clinical results/update..

partnership/manufacturing...deal could be announced anyday now....alongside....CE MARK approval etc...

We got RNS at unEXPECTED time....straight their after we did...+50% in 2 hours...we went from 80p....to £1.20....on HUGE DEMAND.....on volumes front......4MILLION was traded in 2 hrs.....

Yes at times its seems boring and LULL....but that can change in an INSTANT!!!!.......

too many trade this share......and when we RISE...the same PPL/FOLKS...panic......as FOMO kicks in....

why did bod members on avct...sell???.....buying mansions in usa......well over 5MILLION in options left to exercise....thats just one bod member......why did odx bod members sell....still MILLIONS in OPTIONS left to exercise.....

Well TB sold due to personal REASONS......his divi was well over £4m.....so i presume.....it was for TAX purposes....

Will TB selling bother me??....NO....he has sold in the past....if anything......we went HIGHER on shareprice FRONT...only last time....he sold at 55p....we went on to touch £1.30 not once but TWICE.....

REMEMBER...freefloat only around 25M....shares in issue only 38M....

TB and all TR1 holders can sell the LOT......MARKET will welcome...much needed shares.....DEMAND will out strip SUPPLY by a MILE in coming days/weeks.....

NCYT went to £12...why??....because they had the product...and mainly due to low number of shares in issue.....

we will get our PRODUCT out soon....and possibly go HIGHER than ncyt......due to less shares in issue....than them...inFACT....we have 38M shares in issue...they had 71M...when they touched £12...

I am not RULING out SNG style RISE...soon...thats TRIPLE DIGIT GAINS..in hours .....

this last drop was down to sell in the system ( TB )....well that has been worked.....i even pointed out when in mid 60's....MM's were letting me sell HUGE amounts for first time in a while....i presume....at that time the SELL order had been worked...and mm's needed more stock....

We have taken care of 2.2M shares from TB...the little that might come in a way of SUPPLY to mm's from weakholders will be SNAPPED uo very very quickly ( new isa ALLOWANCE being used )....and up we go and ATTACK and pass £1 first stop...this time...HOPEFULLY not to get back down below it...EVER,,,at £1....m/c would only be £38m....

FREEFLOAT....= approx 25M......feel free to trade and INVEST...

Baffy....yes you could be right.....but because of already known connections re-AZ / GSK /FUJI etc....with paraytec....it can happen.....whatever route we take....whether that be a MAJOR coming or MANUFACTURER ...i will be happy.....but i do believe we will not go it alone....again just my thoughts/opinion

wookie.....it also fits the bill...for gyrometric / phasefocus etc...many seem to miss the point....we are not ONE TRICK PONY.....we have many eggs in different baskets.....

we own PARAYTEC 100%...thats save....

phase phasefocus 42%.....gyrometric 20%...

it could just easily....happen that....cmh BUY out.....the likes of GYROMETRIC / PHASEFOCUS....

me personally dont like that idea also.....DUE to TREVORS conflict of INTEREST......but phasefocus or gyrometric being sold to cmh....can be far better move than PARAYTEC being sold to them....

The thing is too many ppl use placing cards...trevor sold....etc...to instill fear of weakholders......so to squash the rumours....one has to ask questions........if the company comes back answers squashes the rumours then...good...they can do that under market rules..if not ...well we just wait and see..what happens.....

re-placing....that was never on why?.....because we have been told from outset.....that...paraytec test is fully funded until COMMERCIALISATION....

I always had hoped and wanted a MAJOR to come on board ....ro develop our PROJECT further.....alongside us or ....them BUYING us out..

The likes of ASTRAZENECA etc...can get things done at a rapid speed....OUR TEST will be HUGE SUCCESS story....we will get a WINDFALL again..last time it was 42.76p NEXT time it could be in the POUNDS...remember.....only 38M shares in issue....

if we was to sell cv19 TEST ) IP ) at bare MINIMUM £100M divi for that would be £2.60....but obviously one HOPES for much HIGHER PAYOUT!!!...

also....MANUFACTURING LICIENCE DEAL / PARTNER...would be more ADVANTAGE to us....as DEAL would most likely involve some one with BIG POCKETS and already have capabilities to MASS produce more or less INSTANTLY!!!

Remember CARL and co.....have been going at this for like 11 mths now.....they have not changed goal posts....they told us right from day one what their goals were and which market they will AIM at....as EVERYDAY/WEEK goes by more and more BOXES are being ticked off...

CARL/PARAYTEC were targeting a market approach...which would be PERMENTANT...not for 2mths or 6mths....

VIRUS can MUTATE....our test will be adaptable...and CATCH it where-ever it goes......

When you PLAN something...and have a VISION....as to how carl/paraytec did ....they would have thought of the LOGISTICAL side of things foremost....

I dont have any problems with our TEST..or the approach...never had in last 11 mths or so.....if anyone does.....you know where the door is...MM's will be KEEN to ADD you to their collection in CLEANERS CUPBOARD ...alonside the likes of Mr DCT Mr Norris etc etc...
