1. Atlas has forward sold....then ....

a. Conversion goes ahead and shares settled ...in which case...we pay atlas back minus $800k
b. Conversion doesn't go ahead ...we have short squeeze

2. Atlas has not forward sold...

a. Conversion goes ahead .... atlas drip feeds the market
b. Conversion cancelled....no fuss..

It is strange for company to make an official announcement to say....no more conversions and then few hours later they say...conversion note has landed on desk....

hope they conclude this quickly....and in best interest of shareholders....

YES if conversion dont go through and is BLOCKED...then they will have to BUY in open market....to settle....

Right now its not 100% clear if they indeed did forward sell....but chances are high they did

121M reported after close on friday...and just now 107M trade gone through....

121M + 107m = 228M....its very likely....ATLAS has forward sold this 241M shares they are after.....

Its possible ATLAS has forward sold 241M ...if they have....They will find themselves in bit of bother...if they dont get shares to REPAY....could have SHORT-SQUEEZE here....lets wait and see hoe this PLAYS OUT

I have seen many companies....at multiple of our market cap.....with only one PROJECT...

with us.....we have 3 MAJOR PROJECTS on the go at same time....

These 3 PROJECTS can be broken down further...

1. THAR COAL BLK VI

a. Power
b. Coal to Gas
c. Coal to Liquid
d. Coal to Fertilizer

2. GREEN HYDROGEN

a. Solar
b. WInd

3. GOLD WA

a. Jundee East
b. Northern Zone..

If you like its 8 PROJECTS on the go.....only need one to come ..and we are well over £100M m/c imo....thats 10 BAGS....We have many different eggs in our BASKET...not one trick pony....

Bahriaheights...stock market as we all know is risky business.....whether one is invested in europe america africa asia etc.....many pi's lose regardless.....

what i would say...

1. orcp is not one trick pony......green hydrogen ( sheikh project ).....Coal to Gas...Coal to Liquid ...Coal to Fertilizer ...then you have GOLD projects x2 .....all these projects where nebtioned bought forward under IK govt......the only one whuch was bought in by previous govt ( pre-2018 )....was POWER project even this project was being pushed and beinf FAST TRACKED under IK hence ... "We have been advised that there is further progress on the Indicative Generation Capacity Expansion Plan for 2022 ("IGCEP")....this meeting as far as i understand was to take place in MAY 2022.......note IGCEP was told recommended to put THAR COAL BLK VI in under IK govt....

Whats changed.....IK has been booted out....new COALITION govt has come in...note COALation formed to get our coal project over the line ( LOL ).....joking side....this coalition govt has always been keen to get THAR COAL PROJECTS going ...INFACT it was PPP's dream...

further more....when asked in last Q and A ....whether instability in PAK will effect our projects in PAK....memon ( ceo ) said...no....our projects will carry on as PLANNED be it under IK or NEW COALITION govt....if anything she said under new Govt it will be fast tracked as predicted...by me...

Now the question is.....what will happen in near future.....it is my take....ELECTIONS will be held called for shortly....ESTABLISHMENT will not allow turmoil in pak.....they will find middle ground and get both set of parties talking on table....

one thing i want to make clear again.....our PROJECT will/should not be effected...ESTABLISHMENT ( army )....has gone on record recently and have said....no matter what....CPEC will NOT be EFFECTED be recent events...and always be on top of agenda.......PAK relationship with CHINA is far important than internal POLITICS they know this ...also.....CHINA and PAK establishment know...there are EXTERNAL pressures be it from INDIA/USA etc..and they have made it clear...they will STAND together and will defend PAK interests......relationship between CHINA is always INTEREST number one....CPEC basically spells CHINA/****STAN relationship....

Last point...DUBAI/CHINA/SAUDI have always historically have got on with in OFFICE govt...infact....they have had very very close relations with both sets be opposition or IK party...

IMO next upcoming IGCEP meeting will happen under this newly selected govt ...and imo this govt will FAST TRACK our project and will do what-ever they can to get IGCEP to vote in our favour.....then our PROJECT will be RUBBER STAMPED documents signed...etc...recently the MEDIA has been very very BULLISH re-THAR ( good signs )....THAR COAL BLK VI has been mentioned by name....again...very very good signs....all we await now is confirmation via RNS....

Good to see license renewed....It is obvious current term with beluga energy wernt good enough for us shareholders under change of events ( costs etc ) over last 6 mths.....just take crude price for one.......new terms will benefit us shareholders....more equity in thali project means mor profits.....at 50% we would have got 4000bopd our share....at 75% ( most likely new equity share for us ) this will change to 6000bopd for us.....

difference in rev =

1. at 4000bopd ...rev = 4000bopd x at $80 oil price = $320000/day for us = $96m/year ( 300 days production )
2. at 6000bopd ...rev = 6000bopd x at $80 oil price = $480000/day for us = $144m/year ( 300 days production )

slight delay and INCREASED profits in 10 of $MILLIONS per year....is most welcomed.....why give bigger stake in thali then we need to...

Work/discussions have been going on in background....loi re-rig will be signed soon......4th quarter aint far....we have waited something like 10mths since beluga was mentioned....another few mths wont hurt....especially for HIGHER PROFITS via rev...which will boost m/c in our company substantially....

Those who want to can sell ( traders )...and maybe buy back nearer the time......but predicting when an rns will drop be it....LOI re-rig.....namibia / S africa wont be easy......current m/c only £6m LOL....imo way undervalued....

1. suspension 1st JUNE!! lol.....the they suspend 6th may...
2. Agm ...shareholders will be welcomed on 31st may.....then few days later there is no shareholders...
3. Banks deadline missed!!! LOL.....we didnt even know there was a deadline only found out when shares suspended..
4. ISSABROTHERS made a counterbid......no one seems to know....officially .....FKN they say we respond to press rumours....why the F did they not mention ISSABROTHERS by name...as all media platforms are...they still havent....
5. Ex ceo...."we will be ok as i am a holder aswell"....few wks later we are not ok...
6. They mention ADMIN...for 1st time....then few hrs later...Suspend....after chance of ADMINISTRATION was mentioned.....we should have been able to trade....foe atleast few more wks.....they could have easily mention ADMIN be4 friday....could have said t wks back.....CORRUPT...

What will happen next is anyones guess..

like many i also believe shareprice has been manipulated. On friday we traded 140M in just 3/4 hours...had we kept on trading...we could have easily hit shares in issue 280M.....shareprice could have rocketed......when i was in RAY all them years ago....shares were still trading whilst bids and counterbids were made........imo it would have been fairer if suspension did not happen in here...and bids and counterbids were made in open.....just imagine....if they had rns'ed stating...offer from Morrisons declined...and issabrothers offer is being considered seriously....intially we would have dropped due speculation that shareholders would be wiped out....but if/when morrisionscounter bid came we would have risen again..then it would have been in issabrothers call whether to out bid morrisons latest offer.....

point i am trying to make is.....after thursday's rns ( after market had closed ) in which they used the word admin for 1st time..share only traded 4 4 or so hrs be4 suspension...CORRUPT as anything.....Just imagine these rumours doing the rounds re-Morrisons latest bid happened during opening hours and we were trading......

We are as investors/traders want open level playing field ...most of times.... we lose-out by this corrupt system.....Guys above get away with anything no accountability...

This share was always risky and most likely ( 99% ) wont return ...little chance that is left i.e 1% i am sure many will be glad to see it...even if on return we get back at worst lets say 0.5p share....atleast that will be something....better than 0.....but in all honesty it is still looking very very bleak....i have written my holdings in here off.....but would be very glad and happy to see this rise back again from the ASHES.

Morrisons should do the decent thing and TAKEOVER mcls in full including shares in issue..albeit at discount price....as it was shareholders who bailed mcls out not long ago with £30M worth of their monies....

In ideal world....what would be nice....suspension lifted tomorrow....7am...let Morrisons/ISSABROTHERS....fight it out amongst themselves in open...LEVEL PLAYING FIELD........will ut happen/ Highly unlikely....due to corrupt system...if it did would be most welcomed

How the heck did SKY know yesterday we was going in ADMIN today?

What makes it worse...Company rns's after close yesterday...and somewhat calms down rumours...making it sound like if we still had time....possibly few more days....or as indicated before till end of may......FISHY as anything...could have easily halted trading 1st thing or even suspended shares....

ISSA BROTHERS name/brand also leaked to SKY.....which still has been confirmed....

I can live with losing money as thats part of package here in shares.......but BoD have some serious answers to give....i wasnt here until recently ...many were robbed last year at 20p per share ( placing ) ...ex ceo was giving hope to shareholders when he left only last mth.....

Dog eat Dog...... looks like Morrisions was trying to shaft us shareholders....in return they git shafted themselves...."you get as good as you give" ......

If this was a level playing field......we could have had a bidding war RAY style like few years back....Bod have played us here.....

For me it was a risky punt as indicated many times be4....as it was on DEB ( where i aslo lost out on ).....theses types of shares are not everyones cup of tea....as explained in posts prior.....shares like these often bring VOLATILITY....both ways up and down....too many traders trying to make quick buck or two....sometimes when they are in they post +ve when out they post -ve ( to get back in at lower price ).....

If nothing else let this be a LEARNING lesson....i have been in plenty of high risk shares...sometimes i win othertimes i lose...today i have lost in here...tomorrow is another day...many more EST RAY DEB etc will come and go....i have no doubt same pi's will be at it again....including me.....you see the thing is....if COMPANY does manage to get itself out of trouble...REWARDS are immense...i have had plenty 10 BAGGERS...no feeling can be better than when one has WON BIG....i have also in past been cleaned out had to start from scratch ( awful feeling, would never want anyone to experience it )....lesson i learnt from my bad experience with HIGH RISK shares...dont go all in...throw in ONLY what you could afford to lose....

Going forward i WISH all of u best of LUCK....remember we are all in this together...there are many forces outthere working against us....be it bashers/trolls/traders/mm's Ceo's etc etc....

There always is hope....where there is WILL there is a WAY....
