i say again whilst it is very very risky.....if anything one should de-risk slightly and or trade the swings if possible....40% / 50%+ swings both ways will be seen imo.

As mentioned yesterday....i feel little bit comfortable knowing ISSA brothers are involved they are no small fish...they seem to be growing their empire it has been reported recently ..they are putting up EG group up for sale ( excluding asda's ) .. this could be a great time for them to acquire mcColls and merge it with asda's. £13BILLION is no small change

If anyone can save us ( as shareholders ) i believe ISSA brothers can.....they have the POWER they have the CASH....few £million here and there is nothing for them.....question is will they outplay MORRISONS....will MORRISONS let themselves be cornered or will they be willing to up the stakes and go head to head with ISSA BROTHERS.

Worst case for us as shareholders will be they put McColls in admin ..and then ISSA brothers alongside Morrisons share the spoils backhand.

Because there are two parties involved...it certainly makes it more interesting.

Again play with caution ...most of times us shareholders lose out... it might be no different this time...GL

Imo .... todays rns implies two things....1. Chance of administration is more likely than not.....2. If solution is found and deal struck ..shareholders are likely to get more then offered be4....

It can be....we was offered X amount per share by ???? and Bod wasn't having it....either this party pays UP ( better offer ) or lose out and this goes to administration where this ( Party ) loses out...

In my books it certainly makes it more interesting knowing atleast two parties are or shall be involved in talks Morrisions / ISSA brothers ....

I have said many times this isn't a share where you throw your kitchen sink at....very very risky.....but if Bod does pull something from the hat ( still likely ) one still can make decent amounts.

Today for 1st time mcls has used the word administration.....and have also indicated

"the Group remains in discussions regarding potential financing solutions for the business to resolve short term funding issues and create a stable platform for the business going forward."

Its obvious talks are still on going....how will they conclude is anyones guess...only 2 days ago they were happy to welcome shareholders at AGM on 31st may.......whats changed since??... lets wait and see

Heres me hoping issa brothers or Morrisions make last minute bid ....i am still hopeful...BUT know....risk has increased...

I see this share being even more volatile both UP and DOWN in days ahead...if i was Bod of mcls....i would just halt trading in mcls until deal is known/cocluded.....

Bod have made the move.....during negotiation....they are turning to shareholders for approvals for certain resolutions....

WILL the the likes of MORRISIONS allow such a move......it is possible ..T/O announcement could come before 31st MAY 2022 before AGM..........imo Bod has made it clear they will FIGHT till end.....

BIDDERS be it MORRISIONS or others...will have to make move FAST...otherwise mcCOLLS will slip through their fingers....ex CEO paid 20p for his shares...i have a good IDEA which way he will be VOTING on 31st.
