If you guys thought it was going to be EASY to take mcColls ....from shareholders...you need to think again....

AGM has been called SHAREHOLDERS will show their UNITY with the Bod....i.e they will not be brushed aside......which means .... COLLECTIVELY ..we re-build and be STRONGER than be4....

If by anychance you to OVERTAKE us....you really do need to DIG DEEP into your POCKETS...

We as shareholders will only AGREE to reasonable OFFERS.......reasonabale BIDS and COUNTER BIDS welcomed ...AUCTION/BIDDING WAR....encouraged by shareholders.

Normally when company is on the brinks and to be de-listed etc..directors resign/leave

Here they want to be re-elected at AGM by shareholders and stay

seems like #msls isn't going anywhere

If the likes of MORRISONS/AMAZON want us ...they need to DIG DEEP into their pockets.

Good to see company calling for AGM...on 31st may 2022... shareholders will be welcomed with OPEN ARMS by the looks of it.....and then on 1st of june we might get suspended TEMPORARILY ...not permanently....Again one needs to understand work is being done and prepared for the betterment of the company and its shareholders...hence 13 or so resolutions put forward to be voted on......this imo is BIGGEST clue...we will still be trading in next 6mths 1 year and for foreseeable future.

Just want to say..

Last wk i tried to trade VAST.....i thought it was oversold......bought at .28....then after seeing too much negativity i sold...at small loss of something like £150.....after that shareprice tanked to 0.21.....had i seen through all naysayers and all negativity ...right now i would be sitting at over 100% profit....

look at mcls today for example....only 16m traded its not like as if there is massive sell off....still hopeful to see substantial re-rate / rise....in days weeks ahead...VAST style....

Problem right now is....results most likely will miss deadline of 31st may 2022....in which case we will lost likely be suspended temporarily with effect from 1st june 2022...not key word TEMPORARILY...

By the sounds of it deal still being worked out and being negotiated....with somekind of value for shareholders...how little this is we dont know....at print of last rns shareprice was 4p having touched 6p prior ....

By them using the word TEMPORARILY..we clearly can see intention is not to be delisted or suspended for good. We just need to conclude these talks and get on with getting results out...once out....and terms on deal are known....we could be trading lot higher than shareprice/market cap.......

For me ...we are in much better position today then friday......but one still needs to remain cautious ...anything can still happen.....GL

Are all part of the game.....last time we touched 0.95 on ask side.....BUYERS came flooding in.....thereafter after few hours we went up by some 40%......another classic example....VAST....too much negativity bought it down to 0.21p today...BUYERS came flooding in....almost 100% up from lows....SENS we all know what happened there yesterday..100% and they seem to be in far worst situation than us....my GUESS is will RISE again...possibly by 50%-100%+ within hrs...from what point is anyones guess....one thing for sure if there is SLIGHTEST hint/rumour of +ve news/rns...then many will miss out.....will RISE instantly...maybe in AUCTION.....where there is no risk there is no reward....

in 4 days gone + 3 hrs today so far...

many have bailed during these high volume days...NEXT HIGH VOLUME day...especially on +ve news/rns....could send us back over 2p with ease...

Jobs being advertised matters....because....mainly when companies go under or are on the brink.....they reduce staff to save costs etc not HIRE more....these lot....are EXPANDING....the business is there....the DEMAND for the business is there.......many are making it sound like these lot are going under they are not.....they are negotiating...lets see what kind of deal they come up with....also we easily could get third party involved ( chances are low but can not be ruled out )

It depends on what strategy one is on/using...

This share has acts just like as if it was on AIM....similar to POLY / POG traded by many for quick returns...with wild swings...sometimes swinging 50%-100% a day...

Volumes in mcls have been very very HIGH...in just 4 days 240M has been traded......the reason why we are down is two fold....1. Some what negative update which market didn't take well that in return had an impact on number 2. Sellers turned out ....... volumes we have had recently most who wanted to would have sold out.......maybe few still left to sell who knows....more TR1's awaited.....

Key today imo was shareprice stabilised it wasnt that VOLATILE...yesterday for example it was all over the place bid touching 0.60p at one point.....todays Tr1 was from yesterday sales...good to see them gone...taken care of 20M odd.....the rest will be taken care of aswell....providing we have time.....which i believe we do.....once these sellers are out.....thats when real games start......take SENS today for example...similar situation ( debts etc ) they did 100%+ on only 19M traded ( their m/c is similar to mcls as was the shareprice first thing today )......reason why they managed the rise imo was down to sellers being distressed buyers overtook......in end it come down to SUPPLY / DEMAND.......demand imo will only get higher in days ahead due to TRADERS trying to make quick buck....and more importantly sellers getting on the thin side

For me this is a punt / trade .....having seen these kind of situations before......even if mcls..was to go down out and de-list ( which it could )....i believe we will still have many volatile days ahead....can we manage 100%+ rise like sens today?....why not i say......it has happened many times before previously as it did today incase of sens.....and sens will not be the last......

I said yesterday...this is risky no-one should be throwing their kitchen sinks at this......only put in what you can afford to lose....

RNS's can drop -ve or +ve anytime always be on guard.....I ADDED today be4 close ...having seen one big player leave...thats one PLAYER less to worry about....

Going forward i hope board pulls something out of the hat for LTH's .... if for no-one else then for atleast ex ceo who holds SUBSTANTIAL amounts...
