many on here are either short or looking for better entry point...hence so much negativity...

some claim...AP/vast are bad investment ....to that i say...may it is....but HAVE YOU GUYS seen yourselves in a MIRRIOR....you do more damage to companies rep...than they most likely will ever....like i say in most cases their are motives behind it...what-ever your motives GL......

For those who have invested recently...all i can say.....let the MARKET talk...we have traded like 2BILLION ishares n a WEEK.....this could not be sniffed at.....markets have been bad for last 2/3 years..mainly down to COVID....now due to WAR/POLITICS/INFLATION etc we are not being aided in positive fashion....BUT

There will be and still are some companies....will shine through....due to..ASSETS they own REVENUES they create..PROFITS they make....

IMO vast is on the cusp....past is past...one should be looking at the future.....lets see how company delivers in days and wks ahead...

This is AIM....nothing is smooth on here....DOG eat DOG....no-one is your friend...no-one is out there to look out for you but themselves...ADYOR...and set targets/goals....trading investing is not or doesnt have to be a GAME which is played overnight...one needs to give their trade/investment time.....

In just 3 and 1/2 days 1.5BILLION traded...shares in issue = only 609M....

do the maths..

one resolution could be...if...again its a big IF.....atlas has forward sold 241m shares...IS..

placee's are always keen to sell their shares....and i believe they have already started this process....so why not......come in agreement with ATLAS off market and make a DEAL....

placees can sell 241M shares at ?? amount to atals ..placees happy....atlas happy....shareholders happy....

Has ATLAS decided to BUY back forward sold shares??..yes or no? i dont know....but BUYING is picking up...

in fairness i believe AP would say that and mean it.....he has lots to put right...he has to win back the TRUST of shareholders especially LTH's...only way to do it is on GROUND and producing results....imo we have turned the corner ..we shall see in times ahead if indeed we have or not...

The reason why i am adamant and think they have sold....is 2 fold....

1. we saw 2 trades go through.....107M+121+...few days back.....its my take ( just mmy opinion ) these were ATLAS FWD SELLS...

2. Why ATLAS making so much fuss if they hadn't.........yjey have already rinsed so much of vast.....could have easily walked away...with high heads...

no other issue is......not counting today and yesterday.....there were over 1BILLION shares traded in 2 days prior......we only have 600M shares in issue......do the maths...it just doesnt add up.....if 1BILLION shares exchanged fairly and equally on open market....supply would have been short....and we would have ROCKETED......mm's and ATLAS imo have been at it....

These are my assumptions only....i can be wrong

if anything FCA will be suing ATLAS...if they cant settle........ATLAS will have to buy 241M shares and settle thats if they have already sold...HIGH CHANCE they have..FCA wont give a MONKEY if ATLAS ends up paying 5p 10p 20p+.....lets wait and see how this plays out......

Well one thing for sure...ATLAS has messed up.....they FWD SOLD 241M shares...thinking they will be able to convert....what now...

Either they get 241M shares and settle....and we BANK $800K..

today 17.5M trade at 16:35 ???? we wont know....

if you look at prices at time of 1st two trades...it seems like they are 100% BUYS.....and these orders were filled....strong case this CLIENT could be ATLAS ( cover forward sells )....feel like aim is CORRUPT as anything.....however i will stay open minded....and take them trades as placees forward sells..( worked orders ).....either way they are done and dusted now.....

hoping for REVERSAL tomorrow....GLA genuine holders

pecten not really......ultimately its down to shareholders to vote for or against.....just say....its against....that will screw placees over...just like NEW.....FCA will force placees to settle accounts in OPEN.....the only issue....would be funds..for company...which they might be able to raise again at much much higher price....as VOLUMES will be there...thanks to short squeeze......BUT....as i say i dont think it will happen...for me anyways...the DEAL struck was a good one......got rid of conversions at 0.27p instead went for placing at 0.70p.....my vote will be in FAVOUR

This is the thing....we have the VOLUMES...to flush these trades/placee shares out...thats if they are sells ( most likely )....once FLUSHED.....this will rocket imo.....

One last note.....just as ATLAS might have made a mistake in forward selling 241M......there is a possibility ...these forward sold placeing shares night find themselves in bot of bother...if somehow....resolution....doesnt passs....for company to be given authorization to issue more shares.....i dont think this will happen....but one never knows....
