Imo litigation of possibly 10-20+ bags is a BIG BONUS...

If you do your research..you will see....post admission i.e 2nd june onwards....80%-85% of shares will be locked in for 2 years...55p could easily become £5 £10 company within few years....i wouldnt be surprised if this became a MID-TIER company down the line...

look at how next 40-50mins played...it SHOT UP all the way to 1.90p BUY..also note 9mins before that trade ..shareprice was 1.45 vs 1.55 and it went to AUCTION...came out...there was a UT trade at 1.70p....shareprice shot up....looks like ORDER HAD gone.

we can only guess to whats happening in back gtound....JB clearly has said....he is creating SHAREHOLDER VALUE by splitting the company in two....and listing HELIUM assets on LSE aim separately....if he says SHAREHOLDER VALUE will be created...then we have to give him benefit of doubt...even with dubious track record....past is past.....this could and i feel will be new beginning for msmn.....look at likes of KOD PREM etc....their bod members were over promising time and time again....finally they turned it round....IMO....every dog has its day msmn turn is coming by the looks of it ....

One thing one has to remember this is AIM....all shares carry risk....nothing comes risk free...

LOOK at miri....yesterday they partnered with microsoft... boom....over 400% price increase......that share has been battered aswell for long time like us.....patience pays.....hopefully it will pay for us aswell./.....turning point in my view....will be once DRILL starts turning re-HELIUM....

i know many take part in placing...and that they are always....few steps ahead if all other pi's like us....meaning.....i can be promoting a share...whilst some of these folks will be taking part in placing....they already know placing coming and and what price....it does put the likes of me at disadvantage....thats how it is....one has two choices...

1. join the broker and take part in placings....dont be last to know.
2. just get on with it....what-ever is due to one....he will get regardless of dilution etc...

i am and have always been in number 2 camp.....i was given a choice to be in number 1 by one AIM company, i refused.

As i say...many of us will always be at slight dis-advantage ( one step behind)....but its our choice we make it.....others who take part in pacing....they also take a risk...there is no gaurantee in that they will be able to sell their stock...

Going back to msmn....if you read last USA rns.....in that rns....it clearly....says.....funds will be sort via CORPORATE REVIEW for next well at CINNABAR....this looks to me....we will be getting funds....and i dont believe it will be via placing/dilution to us current shareholders....i think J/V will be announced and funds will come that way......thats my take only....different folks will think differently....

i have never taken part in any kind of placing....in any share let alone msmn....

yes not one ...but MANY re-CORPORATE REVIEW...which suggests to me....J/V is being worked on...with it possibly new listing of AUS assets...would be interesting to see...how much we get up-front.....from the last RNS re-USA.....they said....funding will be used from COPORATE REVIEW side.....me thinks.....some $$$$$'s coming our way....

I dont see anything wrong in selling after promoting....the question is did Afzal mislead?....i dont think so...as far as i remember....he was ill at the time...took time out of investing/social media...at that time he reflected on his life/health/family etc...there are more important things to life than money...

He had substantial holdings YES...and he sold YES...i am sure he did not mislead anyone....if anything he most probably lost out in end by big amounts........sometimes one has to revaluate and move on...

I have re-invested in msmn....just as a punt...after seeing how low it was....and due to upcoming newsflow....especially AUS....if and when this HELIUM project gets going that will be the GAME CHANGER here imo....

Next weeks meeting will be far more important than many think....lets see how it plays out...

1. In anticipation / speculation / rumour of new SUITOR ...Volumes can INCREASE...can have dominoes effect

2. If VOTE = no/against sale/de-listing.....i believe that will buy more time and Bod have to look at all of this again...yes they have mentioned ADMIN on NO vote.....but its not simple as that...there are rules/laws they have to follow.....for example......right now they are offering us £500k....if BAAJ sale falls...and this goes to ADMIN....who ever picks it up in ADMIN....will get a COMPANY generating £50m revenues....they will most likely...give something back to shareholders ( not a given ) remember.....no debt/bondholders to settle .......

3. Another possibility is ...someone with certain % can call a EGM...get the Bod kicked out ...remember NEW what happened there....there are other examples where this has happened...

4. If nothing else....atleast....the NO vote will...keep BAAJ/ADAM...away...well atleast they will have few sleepless nights.....especially when the likes of....Mike Ashley will be lurking around.....we as shareholders....rather lose than see...the likes of ADAMS and co.....conning Retail Investors......ENOUGH is ENOUGH
