I agree i think there was a LEAK...as we started to move/jump up on very small volumes...its possible some ORDERS have gone in and mm's are working on them..hence swift rise...rns was out after market closed ...which is bizarre in itself...maybe they are covering themselves for tomorrow ( big rise ) who knows....one thing for sure...no speed tickets coming this way...

Hope it was a LEAK and word is spread and we get HIGH VOLUMES days ahead of DISCOVERY rns...the HIGHER the platform we ROCKET from the better..

So REVENUES from this well alone could be something like £6m-50m per year on 200bopd-1600bopd basis...thats mind-blowing...current m/c = only approx £10m

I have heard could be anything between 600bopd-1000bopd

LoL..... mind you we might be getting rns soon ( TR1 ) stating who has sold..that could create renewed interest in here.....normally after Tr1 ...if not fully out seller stops off-loading......BUYING PRESSURE from there-in...should see us re-rate to sensible levels

i can see ACTs REVENUES increasing overtime....£3m m/c could easily become £10m / £20m ..... over next 6/12mths

Point of note...TAKEOVER at this currently low price can not be ruled out

I also will add....we need to concentrate on this new model/business....ipo of ecob was at 55p.....now we can buy at 31p odd..way way oversold/undervalued.....especially us already having had 2 contracts worth near £100M...and more to follow....market in this modular housing is huge...ecob will re-rate to sensible levels...in mths ahead i am sure.....i have already topped up at just over 31p.....will keep on adding on any weakness...and or when funds allow....

Dont overthink/stress about it...once if and when court case is won...we will get paid one way or another....we will already be on fox share register .... share register....includes things like name address etc....

say for example....if you had shares in fox shares with ii ( broker )on 1st june 6pm....and then sometime in the future u leave ii...fox will contact u directly...or u can contact them directly once u know the outcome.......

if you remain with ii and they win....you will get big amount added to your account.....how and when these bonus shares will be allocated and whether or not they will be showing on our broker accounts i dont know......

i just hope court decision goes in our favour when-ever that maybe....
