Do we know when these guys will provide an update ? Have they said so? Last rns was abt the meeting. Now what ?

Yeah I have . True. I am fed up now. That’s it. It was q2 then q3 then q4. I’m not saying they won’t do it. But I just don’t see it now or maybe till end of year. I could be wrong and I will admit that. But I’m fed up . Why wouldn’t I ? How long has it been. Is it still on my radar ? Yep cos it is a good share but I’m just done with it now. I invest in oilers too and I have my eyes on some that will or I think will do well over next months. That too possibly. U just never know. So I will see how it goes. It’s my opinion. This share for me is q1 2019. That’s it. It’s my view only. Sorry Scott if u have been misled by my posts but that’s it

Nice drop today. Watch it continue to drop cos there will be no news for a while. Who knows. Drilling may even be suspended cos of weather. Fun times ahead

Big MJ, I am sure all on this board appreciate your comments considering yr position and yr previous post is more than reassuring in boosting PI's confidence. If there is one thing that is essential to investing, it is knowing where, when and why to invest - quite a lot of doubts about that question recently given the delisting drama. I myself went started questioning another share I invested in today, OEX, after the company released one of the dumbest RNS you could imagine. Pretty much saying we think the other company has paid us but not sure. Just goes to show how stupid some CEOs can be. Why put out that RNS if u have no idea. Lost money cos of how a leader fails to act responsibly.

Regarding LION, what is it that you can divulge to clarify where the company is going, what it intends to do or even the vaguest of hints regarding a potential timeline of things. Are we looking for a full year for the company to really multibag? or more? I know these are probing questions but I am sure as someone who values his reputation and understands where I am coming from, you can see the point.

yeah they have been saying that for a while. When it comes it comes - we will see. Right now, I don't feel it is right for me to be in this share. Waited a long while and have other interests. Maybe 2019 will be IQAI's year ? !

sold out - this wait is frustrating - reckon once FDA approved and sales come in - then maybe rerate - but we are far off it now

one of the worst RNS a company could put out on a day like this - goes to show it has no idea what is going and is not in control - how can you say we think we have the money ??? Geez - a lesson learnt

who cares - question is are we going to hit oil ??? All the changes and repairs in the world don't make a dim if there is no oil !

When they said updated what do they mean. Generally isn’t it the case that updates are provided on whether oil has been struck or not? Matd did it, so did jog last year twice ? Would that not be the expectation here too?

Everyone is with the Isa situation but let’s what and see what good news comes out with the next rns . From there we should have the confidence it is going in the right direction. When a company is making or intends to make strides like these, we just need to be patient and accept what comes with it . A good learning lesson I guess

Why would Railsbank tweet abt lion if the news was that it was not going to relist. There is a need to understand reputations are at risk and I don’t see cp as talking this much and letting it all go down the drain. If he does, it does not matter what company he ever takes an interest in, his reputation is ruined. I did have the same issue over at onzima before they became n4p. No one thought the rto would happen. It did. I think we need to wait for the updates. If there is nothing promising there then we have reason to be worried. If not I would not waste time worrying any brokers opinions or anyone else. If ur interested in a brokers opinion then maybe try look for Edison’s rating of lion before and see what it may say in future. Atb

Ok so as I mentioned last week, I said that I will get in touch with banks to see how they will deal with the delisting. I mentioned that Barclays will keep the shares - it delists - it is on the account and it relists we can trade again. HSBC, however, we are looking at a different picture. I have been given the following response:

'If Lionsgold delist, we will aim to issue you with a share certificate on best endeavours for your holdings but if we are
unable to do this, the shares will remain on your account until they are deemed of negligible value by HMRC. If this happens, they will then be removed from your account. Should Lionsgold ever re-list and you still hold the shares
either on our platform or by certificate, you will then be able to trade them again providing we offer the shares on our platform as part of our product offering. '

I genuinely think this will do a multibagger when this does really sink in.

Going forward I strongly feel two things are key: 1) making sure there is progress and it relists whatever the market is 2) shares in accounts can be traded again Guess we got to keep the conversation going on both fronts
