My suggestion - don’t jump to any conclusion till we actually know - could they have taken down the website to then only replace with something better in future? Do we know what is happening behind the scenes ? No.

I think patience and sound judgment rather speculation and knee jerk reactions might help

Still keen to hear from big mj who has put in his money here. I know he likes to say that many of his friends told him not to bother with board chat. It is a waste - you’re not going to get any constructive chat - but here is an interesting turning point now - for which no derogation was foreseeable at all - any comments would be useful to reassure investors that this is all still going to plan. And to add if you’re still that confident t I’m sure there are some very disappointed investors who would be keen to sell their shares to you even at a discounted price - quite frankly litttle to no hope at all at this. Agree it could head high real fast. This is all dependent on news and we all know how markets work. With good news against a gloomy background, there will be momentum - fingers crossed Big MJ would know more - any constructive insights for those who have been patient ???

So is the presumption then September, October and November we get consistent updates that all is well and then we are back on in December?

Difficult to say what will happen but surely an rns that shows the company’s strength and plans is what’s next. It’s coming out of administration for good reason and the time Before that it had high hopes of investments - possible news on drones ? Just a thought. We’ve waited this long.

Don’t have any experience in this area but looks positive overall since only the costs need to be finalised. There is agreement on other matters. No red flags raised.

Since it looks like all parties are interested in moving this forward, hopefully we are back before end of year

What happened with BOU - why was it suspended. The reason I’m hopeful here is there is so much that could have gone wrong but it has not and all it takes is one RNS or no news from the administrators and this is done. But we are in the opposite scenario where administrators have said we are waiting on a the conclusion. We can’t wait forever ….

Only time can tell if it comes back or not but an official message from the administrators stating that the negotiations need to be finalised is not bad news and if this were done, we would have known by now. I’m hoping the update is this summer. All we can do is wait and see. At least we’re all getting the same message from Sheniz

Once again if the JAs picked up on it and this were over then we would have been informed by the JAs. The last official RNS are positive and seem to be moving in the right direction

The longer the delay the better it seems. Had this been resolved with no success, we would have been informed by now.

No news is good news. If not we would have been told by now it’s over.

As a shareholder, you have not been brushed off.
- Suspension and potential delisting can happen. At that stage, it is between JAs, creditors and key parties. Not shareholders.
- No excuses at all - All issued RNS state clearly what the intention is. If you can't read between the lines that there is a lot in the background, then don't use the term 'excuses.'
- Nothing is disappointing. It is a time--consuming complex process.
- Regarding concrete news, that will come when they have reached an agreement, just as will proper information.

Think good news to take away from this is no 7 am or even an 8 am RNS saying that tomorrow’s meeting is cancelled. That said, we still have the rest of today and even tomorrow morning. That news did land Friday evening. So it may require time to put together a response.

Four reasons why I think this is not over:

- The JAs are yet to release an update via an RNS
- There is more time to go - delist timeframe Dec 21
- DR Krebs not responded with a negative comment. Had that happened, that would have been confirmation
- Read statement closely - this is a relist for Main Market with LSE fees being higher and a company having the ability or showing the ability to prosper. The statement refers to Icon's potential and its future under Brad. It is not a short, straight to the point statement, which confirms it's all over and company is ready to delist. it reads like a strongly worded message to the LSE and to the JAs.

Think only someone in the know can provide further info at this stage. If not, this is a back and forth strategic disagreement that will play out in public and private till December 2021 when we will know for sure what the next steps will be.
