Dont think termination of appointment is something to be worried about. If the company did not have the backing of either EHGOF and OTT, then that would be good reason to panic. My own personal view is that this is now a question of time and patience.

Big mj where are you? Any vague update or at least at optimistic post that things will be fine would be appreciated - still waiting. If there’s no response from you within a week, then I take it this share is in fact doomed !!

Thanks Matt - I think the difference between eua being suspended and icon is the administrators being brought in. I was following eua but never stayed with it. Why did it get suspended in the end? Reading today’s news from the fund and OTT, I can sleep well cos I know the main players are backing it. It’s just a patient waiting game from here now

Thanks Soupstone - that's a really helpful find and a really meaningful statement from EHGO - they will pay off the creditors and support Brad - what more could you ask for - looks like no matter how long this takes, there is light at the tunnel.

This won't turn around in a weeks time. It will take much longer than that to have some kind of clarity.

On timeframes you can look up how much time administrators have to make decisions and work with companies - lots of info online / I think the very first deadline on negotiations is 8 weeks. That’s to figure out a way forward - but Google and you can find plenty of material

Think so too missthepenny, the recent rns, discussions, new board, old board out, funding - it was never going to be a walk in the park - but you could see how it required patience . Hope the board issues an rns soon

Yes but they are still part of the board and will have a significant say on things in particular in taking this forward. So I do expect a rns from the board to the shareholders, at the very least out of respect for shareholders and in particular considering the proposed direction of the company.

They did after all have a general meeting scheduled for 15 June which is now cancelled. So I would expect an explanation from the board via a Rns

Large gin - that’s exactly why I would like to hear from him He has invested a lot and has been optimistic from the day it was delisted. We have now reached a point where results are needed

Thanks Micky - I will sit and wait but also won't bother with any investments. Literally I can't as all invested here. But it will be interesting to see whether a newly formed board, in particular with the recent appointment can deal with the current situation. Or whether despite good will, it will be all lost. To reiterate, it will be a novel experience. Keen to see what Brad can do. As one of the previous posts pointed out, that interactive interview was upbeat and the future looked strikingly different from the past. I will wait for tomorrow impatiently, eager to read the company's response.

He has responded several times and I think the last was a few months back. Just wondering whether he has done so again, in particular after the recent Q&A. His reputation is on the line as much as Cameron Parry. I would appreciate hearing from him, given how upbeat he was and how he insisted in patience. So any word from Mr Bigmj would be appreciated !!! ??? !!!

Thanks - there is nothing I can do right now - I have all tied up in this. So it is sit and wait. But like I have said, either way it will be an interesting learning experience. Sefton is another person I will add to the list of untrustworthy as Cameron Parry

Thanks garyn for your opinion. You say administration is last resort but what was it that happened before - I can’t see anything that suggested strongly administrators will be brought in. And like the previous post that referred to redx as an example of administrators resolving the issue, do you know of any successful examples - would be helpful to know. I know you’ve been around for a while and normally comment on oil stocks. Would be good to get your view.

Right now there is nothing I can do. Suspension rns is likely Monday morning. After that just wait. I hope there is more clarity from the company and do hope ott and the European fund can fight back.

There is a big part of me that’s worried but the more posts I read , the more I learn and the slightly more confident I feel. And we all know it’s rare to find useful discussions on these types of forums. So thanks to all.

PS - the reason why I’m worried is I went against my own cardinal rule of never invest all in one stock. I saw this as long term potential - being main market, new board, interesting product, backing and finance. But we all live and learn. This will definitely be another learning experience for me - whether positive or negative !

Possibly a game of bluff - if there is a feeling things are about to turn around, then those who believe they are owed money would want to step up and claim it. But, as you say we will know soon, if the board does really want to tidy things up, they will do it - no doubt.

Yep lack of due diligence on my behalf - I hope OTT can pull somehting here - re reading previous Rns it looks like ott has had a significant say in things, with the previous board resigning . Wonder what they can do here
