To draw a comparison, AAOG has found oil too - three wells - lots of it. But look, where the SP is now. My point is there is a lot more you need to take into account.
Overall, MATD is in a bad place right now because the verdict on Heron is practically already out. There cannot be any surprises there. There is nothing that can catch the market out in a similar way that JOG did a couple of years ago when there was an unexpected discovery. There is one piece of news - Heron and It is a question of finding out how much oil there is and whether it is commercial and there is no certainty it is. So, it is a real risk.

I was in MATD and ignored rampers and derampers. But there comes a point in time when you need to be realistic about the future. Now is that time!

This is a sinking ship from here. DO you really think any result from Heron could bring this back up? This will crash, then settle, then it's over to velociraptor - god knows what that will bring. Sometimes you just need to be realistic. This is that moment for MATD. I was in AAOG and pulled out. Doing the same here now.

Got to admit as someone invested in Matd this is pretty bad. How good could heron be for it to now make up for this? And how low will this go today ? Is it still worth being invested here ? Could heron see the sp double ?

When it was up last week there was apparently a leak now it’s down there’s apparently a leak. When will people just wait for the results - that’s it !

Could this share rise to 20 pence on good news from heron and gazelle ?

Well it reached 35 pence on sentiment before. I’m hoping a reasonable figure would be 20 pence by xmas assuming heron and gazelle come in as there will be anticipation of further news then. I think red deer out of the way is good news now but as you say, this share seems an old share so to speak. Then again look at what ukog did in 2017 within weeks. It did an eight bagger off the back of good news. So who knows here what heron and gazelle May just bring. The potential is there.

The good news has already arrived with heron. I don’t think anyone knows what will happen in the interim. Look at Iqai. I was in that. The fda approval was a given. Yet look at the sp fluctuation. It means nothing. What I hope is that the existing outcome
That this is better than expected translates into better than expected commercial results too. Then gazelle hits oil and gazelle has good results. Possibly that should take the sp by beginning of December to 20 pence ???

ok cheers - I was expecting Heron news before 15th and then 15th afterwards, more end of October, we will know whether Gazelle has hit or not - hopefully has. I am hoping Heron finds better than expected as was initially reported and Gazelle finds oil. With the impending news regarding results of Gazelle, the SP then starts to climb towards what should be a reasonably justified 15 - 20 p mark. That seems rational to me, then again this is AIM

It' bouncing all over the place as you would expect it to, prior to the next RNS. That's it. Those who bought late should have read the RNS from months ago. The re-rate required and still requires patience

Friday was not a huge jump. The price pre-fda approval was expected around 6 pence. Those were David smiths words in one of the interviews. So this has just barely doubled. Look at the us market and see the impact of fda approvals. Should at least treble or quadruple

I am glad they announced the results now. I managed to get out on time and invest in IQAI with more news to be released. At least can save the losses. I share Mikesum's view -this is pretty much going nowhere now.

I think it is difficult to predict where this will end but judging by market sentiment, the share has momentum and release of plans will add to this momentum.
