Where is bigmj?
Not worried about what CP has to say - more interested in what bigmj has to say given his optimism and how that we are scheduled to relist Q1 2022.
Madit - you need to chill - you're worrying way too much mate - give it a break, relax, take time off the board, stay away from it and enjoy other things in life. Like you said 50 mill offered, conditions approved, just let it work itself out
I reckon it comes out of suspension and returns to what it was expected to be, once announcements are made. This is probably a good thing altogether because it gets rid of Sefton and his crew. Could you imagine the company receiving funds, doing well, making announcements and then this happens. The share would have been decimated.
So based on the document published on 19 Aug, there is good and bad news - bad news being if there is no agreement, the share is likely to be delisted. But good news being that the administrators are working collaboratively with the BoD and EHGSOF. It also looks like it is Arch Capital that needs to be paid and the Administrators are paying close attention to those in debt rather than random claims.
Let's wait for the next RNS. Hopefully the BoD and EHGSOF will save the company and there will be a prosperous future, as initially planned.
not dickie's fault if shares are suspended - could happen to anyone and by the looks of it, both LION and ICON will be lifted out of suspension - just a question of time - so don't consider yourself smarter than others because some find their shares suspended - it happens -
EUA was in a different position - correct me if I’m wrong but there was no suspense there - it was moving in the right direction. This is still slightly uncertain albeit these types of delays are to be welcomed. Even if you are right and it takes months, I agree with you - better wait for a solid long term product than it all goes bust. This is after all main market and the CEO had bigged up the company - let’s see
I’ve never insulted you or disrespected you Bigmj which is why my post was directed to you. Not out of malice or calling you out but to get your opinion for the very reasons you’ve listed. If your view is still positive, then great but surely you can understand shareholder frustration with the lack of information and the amount of time taken. But your words make sense and I will trust them for the time being - let’s see where we end
No worries Gard - just thought I would flag it. A lot of discussion on this board - all doom and gloom. This is over and you've lost you money type of vibe. Initially, I thought it was the case until the positive statements from the company. So long as they are willing to fight this, there is merit in being positive.
For those who think this will be over fast, I very much doubt so. I do believe there is an initial 8 week window to address matters internally. Maybe the reason why we have not heard from anyone yet. So let's wait and see. I do hope this is a company that fights back and will go down as a example of how administrators being called in does not necessarily mean it's over.
