Why would you buy if you think they are going bankrupt?

They are not going bust in the next year due to the £500mill+ that they have raised so we now need to see how the Valkyrie and DBX deliveries go in the next 12 months. As long as they deliver those cars tha books will be looking very positive.

The LS consortium price is actually closer to 70p with fees and they own 25% not 50

I understand the dilution but the shareholders had no choice as the shares would be diluted regardless.

That might not be the bottom just due to the fact that existing share holders were essential forced to buy the 30p shares so would still possible take a quick profit on them.

Not likely to be 30p. As people have said elsewhere the low was 125p so that represents 49p post rights issue. It is very unlikely to test that level.
At announcement of the rights issue I believe the post rights issue price was around 65p. You will see the price somewhere between these two until any positive news is seen.
That news could be worldwide on the pandemic or within the AML business itself. Depending on this information the price will swing dramatically either way.
