I don’t think it will have much effect as the top 20 shareholders have a vast majority of shares so the liquidity is already very low.

They will not profit from F1 they are just a title sponsor

If that was the intention they would have sold before the rights issue as that would have given them a bigger upside.

Zero profit taking can be had at this level so take that off the table. Not a single investor has an average under 48p

I have been in before the RI. All that is needed here is the first DBX or Valkyrie to be delivered and this stick will climb. The DBX May be as early as June some have said end of May but I find that unlikely.

My opinion would be that we may see a small rise over the next few weeks maybe to what Stroll paid, so 65-70.
Once any news comes out with deliveries of the DBX or Valkyrie later in the year then 80-£1 target.
After that who knows, if profit is achieved then Sky is the limit.

It was actually 1-4 RI. If you bought at 2.50 then your average would be 74p after taking the RI shares. Don’t worry the majority of shareholders are around the same.

It was probably a way to basically force shareholders into taking up the RI. Prompted by the backing bank I am sure.

I don’t see much downward pressure at the moment even with the downgrades.
This may change if the entire stock market start to fall which I do suspect will happen. I can see another 20-30% dropping off the general market once the reality of the economic consequences from the shutdowns set in.
I am hoping we see enough of an uptick in the stock before that happens that we will not see 50p again.

I have watched that before. Most important part was focusing on demand and not production.
In other words don’t have stock sitting around in showrooms that you have to discount to get rid of.
They are a luxury brand and need to take the old Ferrari philosophy of always produce one less car than you can sell. This keeps high profit margins and a demand driven supply line.
I like what I hear, the other great opportunity is Strolls access to retail outlets for branding opportunities and merchandise.

Yes but the 125p was only briefly on one day with very small volume then it went back over 200 quickly.
So although that is a baseline figure it probably represents less that 1% of the shareholders so doesn’t hold much weight when looking at Volume prices.

My logic is that the share value was at that point because people had hope for the brand and the potential growth and profits.
Stands to reason that if those profits and growth are realized then the price will return.
I am not saying that it will but we are hoping that it will go in the right direction and end up being back with a great upside from now.

It is not that difficult and has been posted. Stroll and his consortium is in around 68p a share at current volume.
Pre RI for simple maths let’s say it was £2 that gave you a right to buy 4 additional shares at 30p so you would own 5 shares. 1x£2 = £2.00 and 4x£0.30 = £1.20.
Your total would be 5 shares at £3.20.
£3.20 divided by 5 = £0.64 or 64p
Very few shares were traded under £2 pre RI so you can assume over 90% of share holders are in over the 64p and a lot are in considerably more.
The lowest pre RI I saw any volume traded was £1.25 so using the same principle that would be 5 shares at £2.45 or 49p which is why that was the bottom that was tested.
I would estimate that 50% of the current share holders are in over £2 a share so you can hopefully see what the upside is if the company is turned around.
Hopefully this has helped people understand.

Agree, apart for the sell at £ as if it gets that far it will probably go to £2 as that would still be half the market cap from the IPO.
