Added a few ex div this morning at 548p to reduce my overall average - gla dyor etc.

Very difficult to know when to sell guys - I also sold too early as it turns out, but took the view that a 40pct profit was more than enough for me to add to my cash holding which is now around 15pct of my whole portfolio - plenty of opportunities to bottom fish for in this market - anything airline related for starters - I have a few shares on stock watch atm and will look to drip feed into them on further weakness as the Iran situation play out - gla dyor etc.

Ex divi tomorrow - I am expecting this to go north today as investors buy in to secure the dividend which at around 7pct yield is not too shabby at all - lets see - gla dyor etc

Sold the rest of my holding here a few minutes ago at 228p - a 40pct overall profit - very happy indeed - share price now close to the highs on the 16th Jan, the Italian regulatory case due at the end of the month and a volatile market and some UK stock at bombed out levels has persuaded me to add to my cash holding and wait for further opportunities - good luck to all still invested and well done to all that bought in recently or held out for today's result - a good day at the office today - an extra g and t before dinner for me and Mrs C is in order!😊- gl dyor etc.

Agree KUMS - I have been adding on all the dips here - the same scenario played out at Trustpilot - taken down to the 130's a few months back, up 20pct today at 212p - I added all the way down there too - nice start to a Tuesday😀- gl dyor etc.

Very good results overall but eps missed - hope this doesn't weigh on the share this morning - lets see - gla dyor etc.

Decided to err on the side of caution here and sell 25pct of my holding at 174p for a 6pct profit - will wait and see what happens with the results tomorrow and go from there - gla dyor etc.

Added a few more at 55.7p - dividend now near to 5pct - will reinvest that when it is paid in a months time and add more on further weakness - gla dyor etc.

All well and good to go for green energy but do it when it is viable economically and you actually HAVE growth which we don't have atm - Instead of pumping money into the private sector to create the growth Labour pumped the money into wage rises for the public sector which creates no growth whatsoever and then compounded that by allocating more money to welfare benefits - add to that no credible plan to limit the boat people coming in and you end up with a hell of a lot of outgoings which makes getting any growth even harder - the bottom line here is Starmer and Reeves have no clue how to create growth and are basically just polishing a turd and winging it - unfortunately the alternative option to these two morons may well be Milliband and Rayner - before that scenario plays out I will have already left the UK - gla dyor etc.

Retirment - fair point re support level - re Trump not putting up rates - not his decision to make - the FOMC will make the next call - will not be a rise but a hold imo - but down the pipe if the oil price keeps going north it will ultimately feed into inflation and whichever way you want to look at it, that is not good for the US economy or Trump which is why I see the war being resolved sooner rather than later - gl dyor etc.

Trying to find a support level here atm - next stop down is 1150 - I am just holding long term and will probably add more if it breaches 1150 - for me this war will be resolved sooner rather than later - Trump and co will be looking at an interest rate rise in the US soon if oil continues to go north - not something he will want to entertain imho - lets see - gla dyor etc.

It is a tough watch here and indeed for all airline related stocks - I have trimmed a few over the last few weeks and will now hold the remainder indefinitely until there is a war settlement rather than crystalising a further loss - key to these markets is diversification of stock - some investors are purely in one sector and if that sector happens to be the airline industry then they are sitting on losses of almost 30pct in the last month - spreading ones risk over different sectors is the way to go - I have just over a third of my portfolio in defensive stocks - BP, Centrica, BT etc which have RISEN during the last month, I am still down around 5pct overall - but far better than having all ones eggs in one basket and taking a heavy loss - hopefully not long to go with the war now - Trump and co need it to be over in order to keep the US economy growing - higher oil equals higher inflation equals no rate cuts or indeed a rate rise - Trump will not want this and be looking for a resolution pdq imho - lets see - gla dyor etc.

Yeah I think that's a fair point Kat - I will be watching closely to see what happens here on Monday and make a decision to either take a cut of the profit or keep my holding intact before the cards are laid down on Tuesday - looking at the previous results - if they are bettered then the sp at the moment still looks cheap, very cheap - lots of shares cancelled so should be good in terms of eps and roe - lets see what happens on Monday - good weekend - gl dyor etc.

Lovely KUMS old boy - surpassed my 208p target now so will hold for the dividend in about 4 weeks time and reinvest accordingly - still yielding 3pct which tax free into the ISA is not too shabby at all - good job you didn't listen to daft Jim a few weeks back😯😯😯😯😯- gl dyor etc.
