I don’t think today is a selling day; nor fit the next few weeks. There’s a few billion shares hitting the market on Tuesday and that takes time to gather up. Unless buying resumes, this is heading....well....flat. But that’s great news for us Wannabee lth’s. Happy days.

Drip drip drip on results, but that’s how they will play it...
They don’t also want to upset andromeda by showing how freaking great the results are until the JV is in the bag, so to speak. Last thing we want is anyone crying that they’ve sold half the family silver (that they didn’t know they had) for very little. On reflection, it’s probably the right call (writing it out helped me get there).

I had also noticed that Hibiscus state “ We expanded our footprint by acquiring a 50% participating interest in the Marigold and Sunflower discovered oilfields and completed the acquisition of the Crown discovered oilfield”.

Andromeda is the JV partner in Oz. They have just given away 50% of their Wudinna project to us!for not much cash.
I imagine they need time to spin the benefits and write a proper announcement. Bit slow off the blocks really.

Looks like the LVG cats have been herded and lined up for their Mnrg Jabs. Good progress here, given the uncertainty. Probably see some more buying over the next few days. I imagine much of the LVG shares will be forward placed, so there may be some selling at higher prices, initially. Naturally, there’s still the prospectus to produce and see, so that should follow pretty shortly after the GM.

I occasionally visit this board, sometimes say the odd bit, but nothing earth shattering. Nevertheless, I have always seen and read LS crogging every bit of news. Just sad really.
None of the outcomes in this RNS are bad news. Just delayed. Hibiscus are clearly keen to keep this asset, given its their only producing o&g play. Uog could benefit from this getting over the line, sooner, as it gives certainty, but operating cash flow is strong and is what will deliver the ash drilling, not the bonus payment. It’s on track, just held up at the previous station, so to speak. Train’s on its way.

Well, that would be just bloody marvellous; I’m pretty sure (correct me if I’m mistaken) Craig has said that barns and white tank could be linked to BG, and if that’s through Clarke, then there’s your 1m ozs over that ground alone... oh happy days.

Yep; incredibly encouraging, given the extent and position of the drill holes. Loads more drilling north and specifically west of Clarke, I reckon.
I note telegraphists post in the buy department, which concurs with your prophecy, so good to see buying being enjoyed.
I think the warrant RNS will appear tomorrow, mid morning, but I’m guessing like always.
And Dan......I’ve got a bit of spare cash, but I’m nuts deep here, but thanks for the nudge!

Bert, and I’ve said this numerous times before, never disappoints in his presentations nor manner in which he comes across.
Some really interesting developments afoot in Yanifolia. Suspect hummingbird will buy asset/form JV withCora to extend their LOM, given proximity, if drill results prove positive. Can’t see Cora going it alone given cap-ex and producing mine so close.
Sanankoro on track.
What’s not to like at these levels. Buy, hold and enjoy. Patience required, but into production by 2022 at sanankoro, so definitive timescales is a real positive.

Don’t sweat on the sellers; it’s all liquidity and you can’t have buyers if there’s no product out there. It’ll be some warrant holders selling their conversion at 30% gains. Patience and all that jazz. Still not 9am yet.

In addition, whilst this might seem insignificant, this could add a further 20,000 ozs to our resource at Clarke alone, before further drilling, so 10% on our resource at first drill results. Actually pretty bloody good. Drilling clearly needs to extend west towards Barns in future to determine the extent of mineralisation, so Clarke has more work ahead. Great news in fact.

Well that’s the first RNS accounted for before tomorrow, but was Clarke, so my bad.
Good grades seen there and good lengths, all of which is new ground, so definitely on the way to an increased resource outside of the 211,000 ozs already bagged. Very respectable, solid first steps.

Well this RNS might scupper that thought TB, although the next 24 hours will be critical. Expect it to drop on open now. Bummer.

Well, that looks like an interesting day; been off the radar today....busy at day job.
I’d like to think that this was the tailing off of the wobble, although there may be one more day of it. Seems bonkers that warrant holders cashing out just ahead of news, but a gain of 20% is a bird in the hand to them, I guess. To be truthful, I like to see 20% gains myself and usually cash out on that type of rise.....usually, but not here. Happy to sit tight for the duration and take every knock and bash coming.
Guess is there will be at least one RNS before Friday close, one for warrants and possibly a BG update and even a TR1, but we will see.
We are now in the hands of the slippery snake, figuratively speaking, so have a good evening all.

No offence, but what were you expecting that’s so materially different from this RNS?
My take - expectations of 2,300 bopd to be exceeded.
New drilling from cash flow, environmental improvements from no more flaring, quarterly production updates hereinafter. Bl is setting up 2021 to be the year of transformation.... this is looking like a grown up business. It’s the small additions, the marginal gains that, when you look back, you’ll see that they are what delivers for the business. Not some earth shattering RNS, but steady and solid momentum. Like a Tour de France cyclist, it’s marginal gains that build an overall better cyclist, improvements which compound. This is one of them moments.
We will all look back in 12 months and say ‘how did we suddenly get to this price?’ But actually most of us have short memories, so won’t be able to explain it.....

It’s a big step; market should respond well to the fact that we are standing on our own feet now, exploring out of operational cash flow. Outlook is now a credible, growing producer which exceeds expectations.

We front up the next bit IF we want to go to 75%. If we don’t, then it’s 50/50 on Costs hereinafter. However, if we want 75%, it costs us the 2.9, and then 75/25 on costs thereafter.

Wudinna 50%.
Ok, so we’ve earned the right to form an SPV where we are 50% equity holders. Stage 2 is earn up to 65%
Stage 3 is up to 75%. So we are where we are, I guess? 2/3 of the way to 75% equity of the JV in the form of a new company, most likely.
